I. Classification by Type

For example, some basic color-steel plate container mobile homes may cost between 200-400 yuan per square meter.
Standard Container Houses: These are common types, such as light-steel mobile homes with a framed double-slope roof. The prices are moderate, approximately between 400-800 yuan per square meter. These houses are relatively more stable in terms of materials and structure, making them suitable for long-term use.
Luxury/Customized Container Houses: These have a better appearance and higher configurations, such as luxury flat-roof mobile homes. The prices are higher, possibly exceeding 1,000 yuan per square meter and even reaching several thousand yuan.
