Super Luxury Container House Sizes
There is no unified standard for the sizes of super luxury container houses. The mainstream options are standard 20-foot/40-foot container sizes, and they can also be customized according to needs, with flexible adjustments in length, width, and height. The following provides a detailed introduction from three aspects: standard sizes, customized non-standard sizes, and special-type sizes.

Standard Sizes
Among internationally used dry cargo containers, the external dimensions of a 20-foot standard container (20GP) are 6058mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with internal dimensions of 5867mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. The external dimensions of a 40-foot standard container (40GP) are 12192mm in length, 2438mm in width, and 2591mm in height, with internal dimensions of 11998mm in length, 2330mm in width, and 2350mm in height. These standard-sized container houses are commonly used for single-person offices, dormitories, shops, partitionable multi-functional spaces, multi-person dormitories, exhibition halls with height requirements, and housing, etc.
Customized Non-Standard Sizes
In addition to standard sizes, container houses can also be customized according to needs. Common customized non-standard widths include 2.5m, 2.55m, 3m, 4m, etc. Heights include 2.6m, 2.7m, 2.8m, 2.9m, etc. Lengths can be determined according to actual needs, such as 3m×6m, 3m×8m, 3m×12m, etc. Among them, the size of 3 meters in width and 6 meters in length is relatively suitable for construction site offices and temporary living. The internal net height is about 2.6 meters, and the expanded area is about 18 square meters. It can accommodate a double bed, a simple desk, and a standing wardrobe, without being cramped or wasteful of space. Moreover, it is easy to hoist, compliant with transportation regulations, and has a smooth internal flow.
Special-Type Sizes
There are also some special-type container house sizes. For example, the internal volume of a 45-foot high-cube container is 13.58m×2.34m×2.68m; the internal volume of a 20-foot open-top container is 5.89m×2.32m×2.31m; the internal volume of a 40-foot open-top container is 12.01m×2.33m×2.15m, etc.
