Structure of Single Mobile Toilet

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The structure of a single mobile toilet mainly consists of three parts: the feces collection device, the water supply and flushing system, and the ventilation and deodorization equipment, and adopts an integrated frame and modular design.

Feces Collection Device: Technical Core and Environmental Protection Design

The feces collection device is the core functional module of a single mobile toilet, primarily adopting two technical routes: vacuum adsorption technology and microbial degradation technology. Vacuum adsorption technology quickly extracts feces through a negative pressure system, significantly reducing water consumption (only 0.5-1 liters per flush), making it suitable for water-scarce environments or high-frequency usage scenarios. Microbial degradation technology utilizes specific microbial communities to decompose organic matter, converting feces into harmless carbon dioxide and water, requiring no flushing throughout the process, and the by-products can be directly used for composting, achieving resource recycling. Some models also adopt water-free packaging technology, encapsulating feces in biodegradable plastic bags to avoid sewage generation, suitable for wild or temporary locations without infrastructure.

Water Supply and Flushing System: Water Conservation and Self-Sufficiency Design

The water supply system is typically equipped with a small water storage tank (capacity 50-200 liters) and a water-saving flush valve, controlling the water consumption per flush to 1-3 liters, much lower than traditional toilets. To extend usage time, some models integrate a rainwater collection device, filtering rainwater through roof gutters and storing it in the tank to supplement the water source. Additionally, some high-end models adopt circulating water treatment technology, reusing flush water after membrane filtration or ultraviolet disinfection to further reduce water consumption. Flush valves are mostly designed as foot-operated or sensor-operated to avoid manual contact and enhance hygiene.

Ventilation and Deodorization Equipment: Air Circulation and Odor Control

The ventilation system forms a negative pressure air circulation through a top exhaust fan, achieving 6-8 air changes per hour to ensure fresh internal air. To enhance deodorization effects, the exhaust outlet is equipped with an activated carbon filter or a photocatalytic oxidation device: activated carbon captures odor molecules through physical adsorption, while photocatalysis utilizes ultraviolet light to activate a titanium dioxide coating, decomposing organic pollutants into carbon dioxide and water. Some models also add aroma modules or negative ion generators to further improve the user experience.

Structural Frame and Shell: Durability and Adaptability

The single mobile toilet adopts an integrated steel structural frame, with a rectangular main body design, providing high structural strength and facilitating transportation. The shell material is primarily high-strength fiberglass or galvanized steel plate, coated with an anti-corrosion layer on the surface, possessing waterproof, UV-resistant, and impact-resistant properties, suitable for harsh outdoor environments. The interior decoration uses moisture-resistant panels and integrally molded countertops, reducing gaps to prevent bacterial growth, while being equipped with lighting, handrails, and other user-friendly facilities to enhance comfort.
