Structure of Mobile Toilets
Admin 12 de octubre de 2026
The structure of mobile toilets varies depending on different types and manufacturing methods, mainly divided into two categories: classification by structural form and classification by manufacturing method.

Classification by Structural Form
- Single-unit Structure Mobile Toilets: This type of structure is relatively independent, usually a complete unit with basic toilet functions. It generally integrates various functional components into a relatively compact space, such as toilets, water storage devices, and sewage discharge devices. The entire unit is easy to move and place, suitable for locations with low space requirements and a need for flexible arrangement, such as outdoor temporary event venues and construction sites.
- Composite Structure Mobile Toilets: Composed of multiple single-unit structures or integrating multiple functional areas within a larger framework. It can include multiple independent toilet compartments and may also be equipped with handwashing areas and management rooms, offering richer and more comprehensive functions. This structure is suitable for locations with high foot traffic and a high demand for sanitation facilities, such as large exhibitions and tourist attractions.
Classification by Manufacturing Method
- Manufacturing Using Water Storage Tanks and Pallets: First, fix universal wheels at the four corners of the pallet bottom for easy movement. Place water storage tanks on the pallet, stack two top-opening water storage tanks, and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws, then cut out a doorway. Drill holes in the interior floor of the water storage tank to install drainage-related components, secure the toilet, and then install faucets, sinks, showerheads, and other facilities. Finally, make a door using wooden boards and hinges. This manufacturing method has relatively low costs and a relatively simple production process, suitable for scenarios with limited budgets and low facility requirements.
- Integrated Molding Structure: Features an overall integrated molding shell paired with a reinforced chassis, with a vacuum squat toilet inside and using pneumatic flushing. The integrated molding shell has good sealing and stability, better preventing odor emission and sewage leakage. The pneumatic flushing method saves water and has strong flushing power, effectively ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the toilet, suitable for locations with high sanitation requirements.
- Manufacturing Using Water Storage Barrels: Split a water storage barrel in half, fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board, and use wooden strips to secure it to the upper side of the barrel to increase height. Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel, install door frames, walls, and a roof, drill a hole at the bottom of the barrel to install a drainage pipe to form a floor drain, and drill holes on the side to connect interfaces for installing toilets, water tanks, bath heaters, and sinks. This manufacturing method makes full use of the space of the water storage barrel and has a certain degree of creativity, but the production process is relatively complex.
