  • Technical Equipment and Management Level: The enterprise must possess the necessary technical equipment and a fixed workplace, with a well-established management organizational structure.
• Class B Qualification Standards:
  • Qualifications and Reputation: The enterprise must have independent legal person status, a good social reputation, and a registered capital of no less than 1 million RMB.
  • Technical Conditions: The professional staffing must be complete and reasonable. The main technical leader or chief engineer should have a bachelor's degree or higher, over 8 years of design experience, have presided over at least 2 medium-sized projects, and possess a registered structural engineer qualification.
  • Technical Equipment and Management Level: The enterprise must possess the necessary technical equipment and a fixed workplace, with a relatively complete quality system and various management systems.

Construction Aspect: The professional contracting qualification for steel structure engineering is mainly divided into Class 1 and Class 2.

• Class 1 Qualification Requirements:
  • Enterprise Assets: The net assets must reach over 30 million RMB.
  • Key Personnel: The technical leader must have over 10 years of technical management experience. The enterprise must have at least 15 personnel with intermediate or higher professional titles, 8 Class 1 registered construction engineers, and 50 technical workers with intermediate or higher skill levels.
  • Project Performance: In the past 5 years, the enterprise must have completed steel structure projects of a specific scale with qualified quality.
• Class 2 Qualification Requirements:
  • Enterprise Assets: The net assets must reach over 15 million RMB.
  • Key Personnel: The technical leader must have over 8 years of technical management experience. The enterprise must have at least 10 personnel with intermediate or higher professional titles, 6 registered construction engineers, and 30 technical workers with intermediate or higher skill levels.
  • Project Performance: In the past 5 years, the enterprise must have completed steel structure projects of a slightly smaller scale with qualified quality.
