Steel Structure Container House List
Admin 16 de septiembre de 2026
The following is a list of the main components and supporting facilities of steel structure container houses:

I. Main Structural Components
- Steel Structure Frame: It uses galvanized light steel or all-steel structure as the house skeleton. For example, the Suzhou Zhongnan quick-assembly container uses an all-steel structure frame, with the main beam thickness reaching up to 3.0mm. It is connected with M12×40 high-strength bolts to ensure overall stability.
- Wall and Roof Materials: Mainly A-grade fireproof and thermal insulation sandwich panels are used. The outer layer is color-coated steel sheets or metal sheets, and the inner layer is filled with thermal insulation materials such as rock wool and polyurethane. Some products use 18mm cement structural fiberboards as structural boards.
- Corner Fittings and Connectors: Special container corner fittings are fixed with high-strength bolts. Each corner fitting is installed with 6 bolts to ensure firm splicing between modules, enabling resistance to strong winds and earthquakes.
II. Functional Modules
- Door and Window Systems: These include standard steel doors, security doors, or aluminum alloy windows. Some products are equipped with double-glazed units to improve thermal insulation performance.
- Floor Systems: Anti-slip floors or PVC floor coverings are used. Some high-end products are laid with tiles or composite wood floors.
- Electrical Systems: These integrate distribution boxes, lighting fixtures (mainly LED lights), switches, sockets, and cables, supporting the use of high-power appliances such as air conditioners and water heaters.
- Water Supply and Drainage Systems: Water pipe interfaces are reserved. Some products are equipped with simple toilets, sinks, and sewage collection devices.
III. Optional Accessories and Customized Components
- Partition Walls: Movable light steel keel partitions are available, supporting flexible space division.
- External Stairs and Corridors: For multi-story combined houses, steel stairs and canopies are provided.
- Solar Systems: These integrate solar panels, batteries, and lighting equipment, suitable for areas without a power grid.
- Thermal Insulation and Decorative Layers: The exterior walls can be added with decorative materials such as stone-like paint and metal carved panels to enhance aesthetics.
IV. Safety and Auxiliary Facilities
- Lightning Protection Devices: Lightning rods are installed on the roof, complying with the GB50057-2010 standard.
- Fire Protection Equipment: Fire extinguishers and smoke detectors are equipped. Some projects require the installation of automatic sprinkler systems.
- Moisture-Proof Treatment: Moisture-proof membranes are laid on the floor, and concrete bases are set at the bottom of the walls to prevent rainwater backflow.
V. Transportation and Installation Components
- Lifting Corner Fittings: Special lifting points are configured at the four corners of the container, facilitating operation by forklifts or cranes.
- Sealing Gaskets: Weather-resistant silicone seals are used at doors, windows, and splices to prevent rain leakage and water seepage.
- Leveling Feet: Adjustable feet are used to adapt to uneven ground, ensuring house stability.
