Station Mobile Smart Toilet

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The station mobile smart toilet is a toilet facility suitable for stations and other places, combining mobility and intelligent functions.

Mobility Features

  • Flexible Deployment: The mobile toilet can be moved as a whole and can be flexibly adjusted in position according to the fixed or temporary needs of the station. For example, at traffic hubs such as Langfang's railway stations, high-speed rail stations, and long-distance passenger transport stations, when facing huge crowds, especially extreme passenger flows (such as during the Spring Festival travel rush and holidays), fixed public toilets are difficult to meet the demand. The waterless mobile toilets can be flexibly assembled like "building blocks" to quickly set up a temporary toilet array in the narrow space of the station square. Moreover, they do not require water supply and drainage systems and can be freely deployed in temporary bus terminals, shared bicycle parking areas, and other places.
  • Multiple Mobility Methods: A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. According to the mobility method, it can be divided into hoisting and handling-type mobile toilets and powered and towed-type mobile toilets.

Intelligent Functions

  • Multiple Monitoring Systems: It has functions such as air quality monitoring and passenger flow monitoring. Some station smart public toilets are equipped with a passenger flow monitoring system that uses binocular people-counting devices; there is also an occupancy monitoring system that can be used for passenger flow statistics in high-speed rail stations.
  • Intelligent Guidance System: It has an intelligent toilet stall guidance system presented in a wall-mounted form through the Xunpeng Smart Toilet Cloud Platform Management System; there is an occupied/unoccupied sign induction system for toilets; and there are toilet stall status display screens.
  • Convenient Usage Methods: Enterprises in the Langfang area have introduced the concept of "shared public toilets". Users can find and reserve available toilets nearby through a WeChat mini-program. The devices support scanning codes to open doors and intelligent billing (a very small fee is charged after the free period for maintenance). The operation back-end uses big data to analyze the usage heat at each point and dynamically configure the number of devices.

Design and Manufacturing Features

  • Design Principles: It follows the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecology, being beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency, and promoting humanitarianism. The overall structure is designed to be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials, with a sturdy structure. The height and width of the toilet are controlled, and the mobile devices are complete and reasonable.
  • Manufacturing Process: Manufacturing factories in the Langfang area have introduced German fully automatic rotational molding production lines, which can produce large-sized boxes with uniform wall thickness. One device can meet the needs of 300 people per day. They have also independently developed a "quick-locking mechanism" to facilitate on-site part replacement. Moreover, they attach importance to environmentally friendly production, with 100% recycling of all off-cuts. They have passed the green factory certification themselves and can provide high-configuration versions with built-in air conditioners, voice announcements, air detection, and other functions for high-standard areas.
