Standard Portable Toilet Quality
The quality of standard portable toilets should be comprehensively evaluated from four dimensions: structure and materials, sewage discharge systems, supporting facilities and functions, and relevant certifications and implementation standards.

In terms of structure and materials: The main frame is often made of hot-dip galvanized steel pipes or steel structures, which have high strength, corrosion resistance, and wind pressure resistance. It can also be welded using national standard light steel keels to meet the requirements for overall hoisting. For exterior wall materials, there are various options such as metal carved panels and color-steel composite panels. For interior walls, commonly used materials are easy-to-clean and moisture-proof stone plastic panels and aluminum-plastic panels. Moreover, the walls are filled with flame-retardant insulation materials like rock wool, which can effectively provide thermal and sound insulation and meet fire protection requirements. The floor needs to be waterproof and anti-slip, with commonly used materials being anti-slip patterned aluminum panels or reinforced composite floors.
Regarding the sewage discharge system: The water-flush direct-discharge type requires connection to municipal sewage pipes and demands a stable and water-saving flushing system. The waterless packing type and microbial degradation type are suitable for places without sewage pipe networks, with quality standards focusing on good sealing, no odor leakage, and high degradation efficiency. The recirculating water flushing type uses biological treatment technology to purify the flushing water for recirculation, with the key points being the water treatment purification effect and the stability of the recirculation system.
In terms of supporting facilities and functions: The basic internal configurations should include exhaust fans, lighting fixtures, and hand-washing sinks. Standard configurations also include toilet bowls and coat hooks, while optional configurations include air conditioners (both heating and cooling) and air purifiers. For ventilation and deodorization, high-power exhaust fans or active fresh air systems need to be installed to prevent the accumulation of odors. In terms of electrical safety, all electrical wiring should be moisture-proof, waterproof, and grounded for protection.
Regarding relevant certifications and implementation standards: The production of portable toilets can refer to national standards such as GB/T 18092 - 2000 Waterless Flush Toilets and CJ/T 378 - 2011 Movable Toilets and other industry standards to ensure that their quality meets the regulatory requirements.
