Structural Diagram of Split Container House

Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no direct display of the structural diagram of split container houses, but their basic structure can be understood through relevant structural descriptions.

Overall Framework

Split container houses typically use steel frames as the main supporting structure. Taking the expandable residential container house as an example, its steel frame is made of galvanized pipes. This material has good corrosion resistance, ensuring that the house remains structurally strong during long-term use, especially in outdoor environments, without being easily affected by rust. The galvanized pipes form the overall framework of the house, including the beams and columns in the middle rooms. These beams and columns constitute the vertical and horizontal support systems of the house, ensuring its stability when bearing its own weight and external loads (such as wind and snow loads).

Wall Structure

The walls adopt a sandwich-structured thermal insulation sandwich panel. This type of sandwich panel generally consists of two layers of metal panels on the inside and outside and a thermal insulation material in the middle. The metal panels are usually made of color-coated steel sheets, which have the advantages of high strength, light weight, and ease of processing and installation. The thermal insulation material in the middle can be polystyrene foam boards, rock wool boards, etc., effectively preventing heat transfer, improving the house's thermal insulation performance, keeping the interior cool in summer and warm in winter.

Floor Structure

The floor adopts a multi-layer structure, including a base plate, floor leather, and bottom cotton strips. The base plate provides basic support for the entire floor, while the floor leather serves as decoration and moisture protection, making the floor flatter, more aesthetically pleasing, and easier to clean. The bottom cotton strips can increase the floor's elasticity, reduce noise when walking, and also provide some thermal insulation and moisture protection effects.

Roof Structure

The roof has a ceiling and a thermal insulation layer. The ceiling can hide the house's internal pipelines and other facilities, making the interior neater and more aesthetically pleasing. The thermal insulation layer is similar to the thermal insulation material in the walls, further preventing heat transfer and improving the house's thermal insulation performance.

Door and Window Structure

The doors and windows use double-layer laminated glass. Double-layer laminated glass has good sound insulation, thermal insulation, and safety. The intermediate adhesive layer can prevent glass fragments from splashing when the glass breaks, ensuring personnel safety. At the same time, the double-layer structure can also effectively reduce heat transfer and interference from external noise.
