Splicing Container House Techniques

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

When splicing container houses, it is essential to focus on the selection of structural types, splicing and combination methods, spatial layout optimization, and installation details. Here are the specific techniques:

1. Selection of Structural Types
Container houses can be divided into two types: welded integral containers and bolt-connected modular containers. Welded containers are formed by integral welding in the factory, with a direct load path and strong resistance to deformation, making them suitable for scenarios requiring frequent lifting and movement. Bolt-connected modular containers use standard panels connected by bolts, with multiple connection nodes in the load path. It is crucial to ensure consistent tightness at each node to avoid affecting overall stability. The choice should be based on a comprehensive consideration of the usage scenario, frequency of movement, and stability requirements.

2. Splicing and Combination Methods
The splicing and combination of container houses should be designed based on functional requirements and spatial adaptability. Horizontal splicing can create functional areas such as integrated living and dining rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms by connecting 2-3 containers. For example, connecting two containers can create a flat layout of approximately 100 square meters. Vertical stacking can achieve 6-story dormitories or hotels, relying on corner fittings for vertical load transfer. Staggered, overhanging, L-shaped, or U-shaped enclosures can create unique spaces such as trendy homestays and cafes. However, overhanging designs require diagonal bracing, and no holes should be made in the overhanging sections.

3. Spatial Layout Optimization
For small units (e.g., 15 square meters), it is recommended to use multifunctional furniture such as folding beds, folding tables, and integrated cabinets to enhance space flexibility. Large-span spaces can improve ventilation and lighting through raised living rooms and skylights, paired with fully functional kitchens and bathtubs to meet modern living needs. Staggered stacking can create rich spatial layers, with leisure courtyards or aisles reserved on the ground floor to further optimize the living experience.

4. Installation Details
Before installation, ensure the chassis is stable, such as by welding 14050 channel steel crossbeams for the chassis with a spacing of 35 centimeters, and using 552.0 square steel for full welding between columns and roof ring beams. Wall and roof panels should be 50mm thick purified panels, with 9301000 sliding windows for openings and specially made color steel plate doors. High-grade floor leather should be laid on the ground to enhance warmth and waterproof performance. Lighting fixtures should be installed in the middle of the house, switches beside the door, sockets 60 centimeters above the ground, and air conditioning holes opposite the door diagonally. Finally, install window security grilles and use glass curtain wall waterproof sealant to treat roof panel joints to ensure long-lasting waterproof performance.
