Small Mobile Toilet Processing Process

Admin 11 de octubre de 2026

The processing of small mobile toilets mainly involves four core steps: foundation frame construction, drainage system installation, sanitary facility fixation, and door fabrication. Specifically, there are two typical plans as follows:

Plan 1: Making a mobile toilet using a water storage tank

  1. Foundation Frame Construction Use an angle grinder to split the water storage tank in half lengthwise. Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the wooden board bottom to enable mobility. Reinforce the top of the tank with wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase structural height. Cut a rectangular opening on the side of the tank as the doorway, and install sponge strips to form the door frame. Embed plastic soft boards to create raised walls, and use the upper half of the tank as the roof to complete the enclosed space construction.

  2. Drainage System Installation Drill a hole at the bottom of the tank and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill a hole on the side to connect a direct joint for sewage discharge. The toilet drain pipe should be connected to the sewage tank through a tee joint, while the washbasin inlet pipe should extend to the doorway through a water pipe to ensure separation of drainage and water supply.

  3. Sanitary Facility Fixation Install the toilet and water tank, and use silicone sealant to seal the connection points to prevent leakage. The washbasin should be made of plastic and have a faucet joint installed through a hole in the door to ensure water convenience.

  4. Door Fabrication Cut a wooden board according to the doorway size, install hinges and door handles, and complete the door closing function.

Plan 2: Making a mobile toilet using a water storage tank and a pallet

  1. Foundation Frame Construction Fix universal wheels at the bottom of a plastic pallet and place a recycled water storage tank as the main body. Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the tank to form an open tank body. Stack two open tank bodies and fix them with self-tapping screws to increase the internal space height.

  2. Drainage System Installation Cut a rectangular opening on the side of the tank as the doorway, and drill a hole in the internal floor to install an elbow and a water pipe to form a drain. The toilet drain pipe should be directly connected to the bottom of the tank, while the washbasin drain should be directed into the tank through a hose.

  3. Sanitary Facility Fixation Fix the toilet and apply sealant at the connection points. Install a faucet and a stainless steel basin washbasin, and connect the inlet pipe to an external water source. Connect the toilet tank and the shower hose through a tee joint, install a spray-type showerhead and a toilet seat to meet multifunctional needs.

  4. Door Fabrication Cut a door panel from a wooden board, install hinges and door handles, and ensure smooth door opening and closing.

Both plans achieve lightweight and mobility through modular design, with the core differences lying in the choice of main materials (water storage tank vs. water storage canister) and functional extensibility (Plan 2 adds a shower function). During the processing, strict attention should be paid to sealing treatment and structural stability to ensure safety in use.
