Sixian Mobile Toilet Installation Guide
Admin 01 de octubre de 2026
The installation of mobile toilets in Sixian can refer to the following general process:

Preparation Phase
- Site Assessment: Ensure that the installation location has a flat ground and meets the load-bearing capacity requirements, with errors controlled within a minimal range. For flush toilets, check in advance whether the sewage pipes are unobstructed and plan the connection path to the municipal sewer network or septic tank.
- Sewage Disposal Method Selection: Choose from packaged (no sewage pipes required), microbial degradation (relying on biological treatment units), or flush (requiring connection to the sewer system) based on needs, and prepare corresponding tools (such as bolts, welding equipment, sealant) and materials.
- Safety Inspection: Quantitatively assess the distribution of underground pipelines to avoid damaging existing facilities during construction. For toilets with a pointed roof design, pay attention to the roof load-bearing capacity; for flat-roof designs, reserve lifting hooks for hoisting.
Main Structure Installation
- Positioning and Fixing: Place the toilet body steadily on a pre-fabricated base or adjustable supports. For eco-friendly toilets that do not require connection to sewage pipes, achieve rigid connection through bolts or welding; for those that need to be connected to the sewer network, lay the pipes in advance and ensure that the slope meets the discharge requirements (usually ≥ 2%).
- Frame Assembly: Install the base and wall panels in order (right side → left side → front side), tighten the screws, and check the tightness; install the upper slots and ventilation louvers, and finally cover the roof. This step requires two people to cooperate to ensure that all components are firmly connected.
- Special Design Handling: For small toilets (with fewer than 4 toilet stalls), install casters at the bottom for easy manual pushing; for pointed-roof toilets, focus on reinforcing the roof load-bearing structure; for flat-roof toilets, complete hoisting through lifting hooks.
Functional System Connection
- Water, Electricity, and Ventilation Connection: Install anti-freezing and pressure-reducing devices on the water supply pipes, ensure that the electrical system is waterproof and reliably grounded, and keep the ventilation pipes well-ventilated (it is recommended that the air speed be ≥ 0.5 m/s).
- Internal Treatment Unit Debugging: If equipped with a wastewater treatment device (such as a biochemical filtration unit), debug it separately to an independent operating state to ensure that the effluent water quality meets the standards.
Detail Handling and Finalization
- Cleaning and Tightening: Clean up debris inside and outside the toilet, check and tighten all bolts and nuts to prevent loosening.
- Functional Testing: Test whether the door lock, flushing device, lighting fixtures, exhaust fans, etc., are working properly, and recheck the stability of structures such as handrails and storage racks.
- Safety Standard Confirmation: Check whether external ancillary facilities (such as ramps and warning signs) meet the accessibility standards to ensure user safety.
Precautions: Before installation, refer to the product manual or contact the supplier to confirm details to avoid equipment damage or safety hazards due to improper operation.
