Single Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of a single mobile toilet can refer to the following general process, but note that there may be differences depending on the type:

1. Unboxing Inspection and Component Verification
Upon receiving the mobile toilet, open the packaging immediately and verify that the component list is complete. Typically, it includes the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, three-way connector, spray head assembly (including sealing rings), and spray head bracket. If any components are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacements to avoid interruptions during installation.
2. Installing the Toilet Flange
The flange is a crucial component connecting the toilet to the sewer pipe. Ensure that the center of the flange aligns with the center of the sewer pipe to prevent misalignment and potential leaks. Place the toilet steadily on the flange, press gently to ensure it fits snugly against the floor, and confirm the position is accurate before proceeding with subsequent steps.
3. Connecting the Water Inlet System
- Installing the Angle Valve: The angle valve controls water flow and should be installed at the water inlet, ensuring the valve operates smoothly.
- Connecting the Three-Way Connector and Hose: Attach one end of the three-way connector to the angle valve and the other ends to the toilet water inlet hose and spray head assembly. Tighten the water inlet hose to prevent leaks and avoid loosening during later use.
4. Assembling and Installing the Spray Head
- Spray Head Assembly: Tighten the sealing rings at both ends of the spray head to prevent leaks. Ensure the sealing rings are properly installed to avoid insufficient water pressure or leaks due to looseness.
- Securing the Spray Head Bracket: Connect the assembled spray head to the other end of the three-way connector and firmly snap the spray head bracket onto the top of the three-way connector to ensure stability and adjustable spray head angles.
5. Water Testing and Sealing with Adhesive
- Water Testing: Open the angle valve to check if the toilet fills properly and the spray head discharges water correctly. Simultaneously, inspect for leaks at the flange and hose connections. If issues are found, adjust or replace components promptly.
- Sealing with Adhesive: After confirming no leaks, apply a circle of waterproof adhesive around the base of the toilet where it contacts the floor to enhance sealing and secure the toilet's position. Apply the adhesive evenly to avoid overflow and maintain aesthetics.
Precautions:
- Installation steps may vary for different types of mobile toilets (e.g., single-unit structures, towable models). Always refer to the product manual for guidance.
- Ensure the floor is level before installation to prevent toilet malfunction due to tilting.
- If electrical connections are involved (e.g., for electric flushing systems), have a professional handle the installation to ensure electrical safety.
