Simple Toilet Mobile Home Bottom

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The core of the design for the bottom of a simple mobile toilet for home use lies in the selection and installation of the mobile device. Typically, universal wheels are used as the mobile components, and the overall structural stability and load-bearing requirements must be considered.

Mobile Device Selection: Universal Wheels Are the Mainstream Solution

According to actual cases, the bottom design of a simple mobile toilet for home use often employs universal wheels as the mobile device. For example, in a case where a young man used a water storage tank and a pallet to make a movable toilet, he fixed universal wheels at each of the four corners of the pallet. This design ensures balance during movement through the support structure at the four corners. Meanwhile, the 360-degree rotation characteristic of universal wheels allows the toilet to turn flexibly, adapting to the use requirements in narrow spaces in home environments. In addition, the installation cost of universal wheels is low, and maintenance is simple, making them suitable for home DIY scenarios.

Classification of Mobile Methods and Applicable Scenarios

Mobile toilets can be divided into two categories according to their mobile methods:

  1. Lifting and Handling Type: This type relies on external equipment (such as cranes) for overall handling. It is suitable for scenarios that require long-term fixation but occasional movement, such as yard renovations or temporary event venues. For this type of design, the bottom usually does not require complex mobile devices, but the structural strength needs to be reinforced to withstand the stress during handling.
  2. Power and Trailer Type: This type achieves autonomous movement through built-in power systems (such as motors) or external trailers. It is suitable for scenarios that require frequent position adjustments, such as camping or temporary use on construction sites. In home scenarios, power-type designs are relatively rare, while trailer-type designs need to consider compatibility with family vehicles, and the bottom needs to be designed with standard trailer interfaces.

Key Points for Bottom Structural Stability Design

Regardless of the mobile method used, the bottom design must meet the following requirements:

  • Load-Bearing Capacity: Select the specifications of universal wheels according to the overall weight of the toilet (including components such as the fecal sewage storage tank and water tank) to ensure that the load-bearing capacity of a single wheel is not less than one-fourth of the total weight.
  • Anti-Slip and Braking: In humid environments, universal wheels need to be equipped with anti-slip rubber layers and braking devices (such as foot brakes) to prevent accidental sliding.
  • Structural Reinforcement: The bottom pallet or frame should be made of high-strength materials (such as galvanized steel pipes or engineering plastics) and use triangular support structures to disperse pressure and avoid deformation after long-term use.

By reasonably selecting mobile devices and optimizing the bottom structure, a simple mobile toilet for home use can not only meet flexibility requirements but also ensure use safety and durability.
