Simple Mobile Toilet Project

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The simple mobile toilet project is a comprehensive project involving material selection, structural design, production, and installation.

Material Selection: The materials for simple mobile toilets are diverse, commonly including water storage tanks, water storage barrels, plastics, fiberglass, polyethylene, etc. Water storage tanks and barrels are often used as the main structure of the toilet due to their good sealing and durability. Plastics and fiberglass are frequently used to make components such as walls and roofs because of their lightweight and easy-to-process characteristics. Polyethylene material is widely used in the production of sanitary ware due to its corrosion resistance and easy-to-clean properties.

Structural Composition: A mobile toilet generally consists of a fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device), floor slab, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tank, roof, and mobile device. These components work together to ensure the normal use and mobility of the toilet.

Production Process: First, the basic structure is built, using a water storage tank or barrel as the main body, and universal wheels are fixed to achieve mobility. Then, openings and door frames are made. Tools are used to create openings in the main body, and door frames and doors are installed. After that, internal devices are installed, including the installation and fixation of sanitary ware such as drainage pipes, toilets, water tanks, showerheads, and washbasins.

Types and Classifications: According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-unit structures and composite structures; according to the mobility method, they can be divided into lifting and handling types and powered and towed types; according to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction types, circulating water-flushing types, and dry-packing types.

Application Venues: Simple mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets, providing convenient and hygienic toilet environments for these venues.

Design Principles: The design of mobile toilets should follow the principles of mobility and convenience, economic durability; environmental protection and ecology, being beneficial to the environment; improving efficiency, and promoting humanity. The overall structure should be lightweight and durable, with a sturdy structure. At the same time, consideration should be given to controlling the height and width of the toilet to ensure the completeness and rationality of the mobile device.
