Simple Mobile Single Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

A simple mobile single toilet is a toilet facility that can be moved as a whole and set up at fixed or temporary locations.

I. Production Example

A young man used water storage barrels or tanks and a pallet to make a mobile toilet. The specific process is as follows:

  • Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the pallet for easy movement.
  • Place the water storage tank, cut it to form an open tank body, stack and fix two water storage tanks together, and cut out a doorway to provide space for the subsequent installation of internal facilities and personnel entry and exit.
  • Open a drainage hole on the internal floor for easy sewage discharge.
  • Install facilities such as a toilet, faucet, sink, and showerhead to meet basic toilet and washing needs.
  • Finally, install a door to protect the privacy of users.

II. Composition Structure

A mobile toilet generally consists of multiple parts:

  • Fecal sewage storage tank (or fecal sewage treatment device): Used to store or treat fecal sewage to avoid direct discharge causing pollution to the environment.
  • Floor slab: Provides a stable standing and activity surface to ensure the safety of users.
  • Sanitary ware: Such as toilets, which are the core facilities for defecation.
  • Walls: Serve to separate spaces, protect privacy, and block external views.
  • Washing equipment: Including faucets, sinks, etc., facilitating users to wash up.
  • Water tank: Stores clean water to provide a water source for flushing the toilet and washing up.
  • Roof: Blocks wind, rain, and sunlight, providing a relatively comfortable use environment for users.
  • Mobile device: Such as universal wheels, enabling the toilet to be moved as a whole to meet usage needs at different locations.

III. Classification Methods

  • By structural form: It can be divided into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets. The single-structure type is relatively simple and independent, while the composite-structure type may be composed of multiple parts and may have more complex functions.
  • By movement method: It can be divided into hoisting and handling mobile toilets and powered and towed mobile toilets. Hoisting and handling types may require external equipment for movement; powered and towed types have their own power or can be towed for movement.
  • By sewage treatment method: It can be divided into water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets, circulating water-flush mobile toilets, and dry-packing mobile toilets. Different treatment methods are suitable for different usage scenarios and environmental requirements.
