Simple Container House Design Drawing
Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026
Simple container house design should focus on efficient space utilization and functional flexibility. The following provides design ideas based on different scenarios and needs:

I. Small-sized container house design (e.g., a 15㎡ container home)
- Integration of living room and multi-functional area: Use foldable tables and chairs to achieve dynamic space conversion. The background wall combines closed and open storage to meet storage and display needs. Rounded corner design can reduce the sense of confinement in the space and enhance visual fluidity.
- Linear kitchen layout: Suitable for narrow spaces, maximize wall utilization through built-in appliances and vertical storage. The countertop should meet the workflow of washing-cutting-cooking, and drawers can be added at the bottom for storage.
- Integrated bedroom design: The bed can be folded into a sofa or a double bed, and a foldable table is placed on the left for both office and dining purposes. The inner side of the container door is decorated with wood veneer to unify the color tone and weaken the metallic feel. Open storage at the bedside can hold books or decorations.
- Bathroom detail optimization: Rounded corners improve safety, and a fully hidden door maintains overall cleanliness. Dry-wet separation can be achieved through glass partitions or shower curtains, and wall-mounted toilets and sinks save floor space.
II. Container design for public or commercial scenarios
- Container hotel: Use red and blue contrast to enhance visual impact, large glass windows introduce natural light, and wood paneling balances industrial feel with a warm atmosphere. The interior can be divided into independent guest rooms with partitions or retain an open layout to create a shared space.
- Mountain resort hotel: Combine the terrain with a group of six containers, and large floor-to-ceiling windows connect indoor and outdoor views. The interior decoration refers to residential design, such as wooden floors and fabric sofas, to enhance living comfort.
III. Featured style container house design
- Eco-friendly design: Modular structure reduces construction costs, and four containers are arranged in layers (living area on the ground floor and bedroom on the second floor). Use solar panels and rainwater harvesting systems for sustainable energy supply, and vertical greenery can be planted on the exterior facade to enhance environmental protection attributes.
- Industrial style preservation design: As in the Danish case, retain the corrugated metal interior walls and ceilings of the container, paired with large windows to introduce natural light, creating a contrast between roughness and transparency. Choose furniture with simple lines to avoid excessive decoration.
- Fresh and simple style: The interior mainly features natural wood furniture and white decor. Dry-wet separation in the bathroom is achieved through half-walls or glass partitions. The exterior facade can be painted in low-saturation colors and decorated with green plants to create a natural atmosphere.
