It mainly produces energy storage boxes, multi-functional boxes, integrated housing boxes, standard containers, and other products. The project started pile driving construction at the end of 2024 and achieved trial production in July 2025. It is export-oriented, and its core product, modular housing, has passed international certification and is exported to countries and regions such as the Netherlands, New Zealand, and Malaysia. The advanced equipment manufacturing project of Foshan Nanfang Xinlian Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. mainly produces environmentally friendly modular integrated housing, steel structure manufacturing parts, standard containers, etc. It plans an annual production capacity of 200,000 square meters and an annual output value of up to 1 billion yuan upon reaching the standard. The project was founded in January 2025 and started trial production in July. As of December 2025, its sales had exceeded 70 million yuan. The modular integrated housing it produces is mainly used for the construction of transitional housing projects in Hong Kong.

Market Application

The export of modular integrated housing in Zhaoqing has witnessed an explosion. A batch of modular integrated housing was successfully loaded onto ships at the Sihui Port in Zhaoqing and transported to Hong Kong for the major livelihood project of "Simple Public Housing", effectively alleviating the transitional housing needs of grassroots citizens. In the first quarter of 2025, Zhaoqing Customs supervised a total of 2,929 modular housing containers for supply to Hong Kong, with the export volume exceeding the total for the whole year of 2025. It is estimated that this batch of housing can be built into about 50,000 square meters of living space, meeting the housing needs of more than 5,800 people.
