Types of Mobile Toilets in Shiyan

Admin 16 de octubre de 2026

Mobile toilets in Shiyan are mainly divided into biodegradable, chemical-treatment, and a few physical-separation types based on differences in treatment technology. Here is a detailed introduction:

Biodegradable Mobile Toilets: The core principle of these devices is to utilize the activity of microorganisms to decompose organic matter. In the specific environment inside the toilet, microorganisms continuously decompose the organic components in the waste. Through a series of complex biochemical reactions, the organic matter is ultimately converted into harmless substances such as carbon dioxide and water. The biggest advantage of this process is that it does not require the addition of chemical reagents, is environmentally friendly, and does not produce secondary pollution. Moreover, its operating costs are relatively low, mainly relying on the metabolic activities of the microorganisms themselves to complete the treatment work. However, the biodegradation process is relatively slow and requires a certain amount of time to achieve good treatment results. It also has certain requirements for environmental temperature and humidity; only under suitable conditions can the microorganisms maintain high activity and thus ensure treatment efficiency.

Chemical-Treatment Mobile Toilets: They use specially formulated chemical treatment agents to accelerate the decomposition process of waste and effectively inhibit the growth of bacteria. These chemical agents can react chemically with the components in the waste, changing their chemical properties and enabling faster decomposition and degradation. Compared to biodegradable types, chemical-treatment types have higher treatment efficiency and can complete the treatment of waste in a shorter time, reducing the storage time and space occupied by the waste. However, chemical-treatment types also have some drawbacks. Since they involve the use of chemical agents, attention must be paid to subsequent agent management. The addition of agents needs to be carried out according to a certain ratio and frequency. If not managed properly, it may lead to poor treatment results or other problems. At the same time, the use of chemical agents may also have a certain impact on the environment.

Physical-Separation Mobile Toilets: These mobile toilets adopt a physical separation mechanism, mainly separating the solid and liquid parts of the waste through solid-liquid separation. Through this separation treatment, the storage volume of the waste can be effectively reduced, the usage time of the toilet can be extended, and the frequency of cleaning can be reduced. However, physical-separation technology usually only provides preliminary treatment of the waste. The separated solids and liquids still require further treatment and disposal and cannot be directly discharged into the environment.
