Shanxi Mobile Toilet Flushing

Admin 29 de septiembre de 2026

The flushing methods for mobile toilets in Shanxi vary depending on the type, mainly including vacuum negative pressure flushing, foot-pedal flushing, foam sealing, and gravity self-flow flushing technologies.

Trailer-mounted mobile toilets use a vacuum negative pressure flushing system, whose core principle is to create negative pressure in the pipeline through a vacuum pump, utilizing the air pressure difference to quickly draw in waste and a small amount of water (only 0.3 liters per flush) into the waste storage tank. Compared to traditional flushing toilets (about 6 liters per flush), this technology significantly reduces water consumption, and the wastewater and waste directly enter a closed storage tank, preventing environmental pollution from sewage discharge. Its advantages lie in water-saving efficiency, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or temporary event scenarios, but regular cleaning of the storage tank is required to maintain normal system operation.

Three-compartment toilets are equipped with foot-pedal flushers, which rely on human foot pressure to trigger water flow. When using them, two points should be noted: first, regularly check the water level in the storage tank to ensure that a single flush can thoroughly clean the toilet; second, reduce unnecessary flushing times to ensure the harmless treatment effect of feces in the three-compartment septic tank (sedimentation in the first compartment, fermentation in the second, and clarification in the third). In addition, it is strictly prohibited to pour water containing solid waste such as vegetable leaves and food residues into the flushing equipment to prevent pipe blockage; in winter, the storage tank should not be overfilled to avoid damage from freezing and expansion.

The flushing methods for temporary event toilets are divided into two categories: one is foam sealing technology, which generates a dense foam layer by injecting foaming liquid into the toilet bowl, using the sealing property of the foam to isolate odors and visual pollution while wrapping the waste. The foaming liquid can be reused hundreds of times after circulation and filtration, with extremely low water consumption per use, and no need for frequent cleaning of the storage tank; the other is a gravity self-flow flushing system, which relies on the gravity generated by the height difference of the water tank to drive water flow, eliminating the need for an electric pump and avoiding flushing interruptions caused by power failures, making it suitable for outdoor or scenarios with unstable power supply.

The choice of different flushing methods requires comprehensive consideration of the usage scenario, water resource conditions, and maintenance costs. For example, trailer-mounted and foam sealing technologies are more water-saving and suitable for short-term high-traffic events; three-compartment toilets require long-term maintenance of the septic tank and are suitable for fixed locations; gravity self-flow flushing excels in stability and is suitable for environments with high reliability requirements.
