Materials for Shanghai Public Mobile Toilets

Admin 01 de octubre de 2026

The main materials for Shanghai public mobile toilets include galvanized steel keel frames, various types of panels, aluminum alloy components, PVC and waterproof materials, tile or steel floors, with some using composite materials.

Firstly, the galvanized steel keel frame serves as the foundational support structure for Shanghai public mobile toilets. Galvanized steel offers high strength and corrosion resistance, providing a sturdy framework for the entire toilet. This ensures stability under various environmental conditions, preventing deformation or damage and offering a reliable base for the installation and use of other materials.

Secondly, the wall materials are diverse. The interior walls utilize aluminum-plastic panels, which are lightweight, fire-resistant, waterproof, and easy to clean, meeting the usage requirements for the interior walls of public toilets and maintaining a clean and hygienic internal environment. The exterior walls are made of metal carved panels or waterproof and anti-corrosive wood. Metal carved panels are not only aesthetically pleasing but also possess good weather resistance and corrosion resistance; waterproof and anti-corrosive wood gives a natural and warm feel while effectively resisting the erosion of rain and humid environments, extending the service life of the toilet.

Thirdly, the door and window materials are primarily aluminum alloy. Aluminum alloy windows and doors are lightweight, strong, corrosion-resistant, and have good sealing properties, ensuring ventilation and natural light in the toilet while preventing the intrusion of external wind and rain. Some toilets also use wooden doors or security doors to meet different safety and usage requirements. Aluminum alloy louvers are commonly used at ventilation openings to adjust the ventilation volume and maintain air circulation inside the toilet.

Additionally, the ceiling materials are divided into interior and exterior ceilings. The interior ceiling uses PVC ceiling panels, which are waterproof, moisture-proof, and easy to clean, maintaining a dry and clean interior environment. The exterior ceiling uses waterproof materials, such as asphalt shingles, effectively preventing rainwater leakage and protecting the internal structure of the toilet from damage.

Furthermore, the floor materials usually consist of tile floors or steel floors. Tile floors are aesthetically pleasing, durable, and easy to clean, meeting the high-frequency usage requirements of public toilets; steel floors offer high strength, fire resistance, and moisture resistance, suitable for places with high safety requirements.

Finally, sturdy Shanghai mobile toilets also employ composite materials composed of synthetic resins and glass fibers. These materials are lightweight, strong, and corrosion-resistant, further enhancing the stability and durability of the toilet.
