Shandong Prefabricated Housing Standards

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The Shandong Prefabricated Housing Standards cover multiple aspects, including standards for prefabricated concrete houses, the management of prefabricated panel buildings, and the evaluation of prefabricated buildings. Details are as follows:

I. Standards for Prefabricated Concrete Houses

  1. Wall Thickness: The mainstream specifications are 15 cm and 20 cm, which should be selected according to design requirements to ensure structural stability and thermal insulation performance.
  2. Concrete Strength Grade: Strict adherence to design requirements is necessary, typically using grades C25-C40, with specific values determined by factors such as engineering loads and usage environments.
  3. Reinforcement Ratio: Reinforcement must be carried out according to the design institute's drawing standards, with actual strength exceeding design values to enhance structural crack resistance and durability.
  4. Steam Curing Process: High-temperature steam curing is required to ensure full hydration of the concrete, with proper control of curing time and temperature to avoid insufficient curing leading to substandard strength or cracking.

II. Standards for the Management of Prefabricated Panel Buildings

  1. Building Safety Appraisal Classification: Buildings are classified into four grades: A, B, C, and D.
    • Grade A: Structurally safe and can be used normally.
    • Grade B: Individual components are hazardous but do not affect the main structure, requiring partial repairs.
    • Grade C: Partially dilapidated buildings requiring repair through measures such as wall, beam, column, and floor reinforcement, as well as seismic upgrades.
    • Grade D: Entirely dilapidated buildings requiring demolition and reconstruction.
  2. Renovation and Reinforcement Pathways:
    • Buildings appraised as Grade A or B with no major issues in the main structure can be included in the scope of old residential area renovations.
    • Buildings appraised as Grade C require repair and reinforcement to enhance safety, including foundation reinforcement and structural strengthening.

III. Evaluation Standards for Prefabricated Buildings (Shandong Provincial Engineering Construction Standards)

  1. Evaluation System: It covers 11 aspects, including general provisions, terminology, basic requirements, project evaluation, main load-bearing structures, exterior enclosure systems, interior decoration systems, green buildings and green building materials, integrated and standardized design, application of information technology, and comprehensive bonus points.
  2. Key Revisions:
    • Adjust the evaluation system and the scope of first-level indicator evaluations, optimizing the adjustment coefficients for main structure evaluations.
    • Add evaluation methods for prefabricated decoration systems, green buildings, and green building materials.
    • Improve evaluation details for standardized design (such as the universality of components) and information technology (such as BIM applications), promoting coordinated development across the entire industrial chain.

These standards comprehensively regulate the design, construction, and evaluation of prefabricated houses from materials, structure, and safety to green technologies, providing technical support for the high-quality development of prefabricated buildings in Shandong Province.
