Shaanxi Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin 03 de octubre de 2026

The construction of mobile toilets in Shaanxi requires comprehensive consideration of multiple factors such as design, materials, installation, environmental protection, and management to ensure that functionality and safety standards are met.

I. Design Standards
Shaanxi has a unique climate, with cold winters and rainy summers, necessitating targeted optimization in mobile toilet design. Walls should use thermal insulation materials (such as polystyrene boards or rock wool boards), floors should be slip-resistant and equipped with drainage slopes, and drainage systems should be fitted with anti-freezing valves or electric tracing devices. The internal space is recommended to be controlled between 1.5-2 square meters to meet basic usage needs. In terms of technical specifications, modular structures should meet an earthquake resistance intensity of 8 degrees and a wind resistance rating of 12, with a foundation bearing capacity of ≥150 kPa. Environmental performance should comply with the Class A standard of the "Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Wastewater Treatment Plants" (GB18918-2002). Water-saving technology is recommended to use foam sealing combined with micro-water flushing, with a daily water consumption per toilet of ≤5 liters.

II. Material Selection
The main frame should preferably be made of stainless steel or aluminum alloy, balancing corrosion resistance and lightness. Panels can be selected from color-coated steel sheets (good thermal insulation) or anti-corrosion wooden boards (natural style). Internal fittings such as washbasins and toilets should be dirt-resistant and durable, with some construction sites equipped with water-saving flushing devices. If lightweight steel is used for steel structures, Q355B grade low-alloy high-strength steel should be selected, with the main frame using 100×50×3mm rectangular steel tubes and gusset plates with a thickness of ≥8mm to ensure structural stability.

III. Construction Process
Foundation construction requires concrete hardening with a thickness of ≥150mm and a surface flatness error of ≤5mm. The main frame is assembled on-site, with modular structures spliced using hydraulic lifting platforms, which can be completed within one day. After connecting water and electricity, a tightness test is conducted, and an independent ventilation system (such as an axial fan) and washbasin are installed. Finally, sub-item acceptance is carried out, including structural strength, waterproof performance, and environmental indicators, with rectifications made before delivery for use.

IV. Environmental Protection Techniques
Biodegradation technology is suitable for construction sites without water sources, using microorganisms to decompose feces and reduce sewage production. Solar power systems can be paired with LED lighting to reduce energy consumption. Sewage discharge must strictly meet standards, with formaldehyde emissions of ≤0.1mg/m³ to avoid secondary pollution.

V. Management Structure
The decision-making level consists of a project manager (first-class constructor), technical leader (senior engineer), and safety director. The execution level is divided into five teams, including a steel structure team and a water and electricity installation team, with each team consisting of 8-10 people. The supervision level is jointly controlled by a third-party CMA testing agency and a registered supervision engineer for quality assurance. The total construction period is 45 days, divided into five stages: preparation (5 days), processing (15 days), assembly (10 days), acceptance (5 days), and transportation and installation (10 days).
