Separable Mobile Toilet
A separable mobile toilet is a sanitary facility that integrates the functions of a traditional fixed restroom into a detachable and easily transportable structure through modular design, featuring flexible deployment, rapid installation, and strong environmental adaptability.

Structure and Material Design
The separable mobile toilet combines a lightweight metal frame (such as iron sheet profiles) with durable panels (such as color-coated steel sheets), filled with a 5mm foam insulation layer to balance strength and thermal insulation. Its top and bottom are designed separately for easy transportation of individual parts and on-site assembly, making it particularly suitable for areas with complex terrain or limited transportation conditions. In terms of material selection, it has gradually upgraded from traditional wood to new materials such as fiberglass and polyethylene, significantly improving odor resistance, durability, and corrosion resistance, thereby extending its service life.
Functional Configuration and Privacy Protection
The standard model measures 1100×1100mm in width and length, with a height of 2000mm. It is equipped with plastic windows, metal locks, and color-coated steel trim, meeting ventilation needs while ensuring privacy and safety. Some models feature waterproof sealing designs to expand shower functions, achieving dry-wet separation and enhancing user comfort. For example, tourist attractions or outdoor construction sites can choose basic or multifunctional models according to their needs, flexibly addressing sanitation requirements in different scenarios.
Application Scenarios and Deployment Advantages
This facility primarily serves areas lacking fixed infrastructure, such as new rural reconstruction projects, outdoor construction sites, and tourist attractions. Its modular design supports rapid coverage of scattered residential areas or dynamic layout adjustments. For instance, the mobile toilets put into use in the Lanzhou Yellow River Scenic Area in 2023 effectively addressed the shortage of public restrooms. Additionally, the classification into single-unit and multi-unit composite structures, along with various mobility options such as lifting, manual handling, and powered towing, enables repeated use, making it suitable for short-term or mobile needs like temporary events and disaster relief.
Sewage Treatment and Maintenance Management
The separable mobile toilet adopts a dry-wet separation concept, collecting wastewater and solid waste separately through drainage channels and collection tanks to reduce cleaning difficulty. However, regular maintenance of the collection tanks is required to prevent odor diffusion and bacterial growth. Some models are equipped with biodegradation or chemical treatment technologies to further reduce environmental pollution, aligning with eco-friendly principles.
Mobility and Sustainability
Based on structural form, mobile toilets can be divided into single-unit structures (independent units) and composite structures (multi-unit combinations); by mobility method, they can be classified as lifting-type (requiring lifting equipment), manual handling-type (by human or small machinery), and powered towing-type (connectable to vehicles). This design allows for multiple disassemblies and reassembly during its lifecycle, ensuring high resource utilization and aligning with sustainable development principles.
