Secondary Structure Prefabricated House

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

A secondary structure prefabricated house is a house constructed using prefabricated components related to secondary structures, involving the application of various prefabricated components and different types of prefabricated panels.

Diverse types of secondary structure prefabricated components: Secondary components mainly include floors, which are prefabricated components made of materials such as concrete, steel bars, and fiberglass and can be used for floor slabs, roof slabs, and ceilings; wall panels, which are prefabricated components made of concrete or other materials and are used to support wall structures; prefabricated columns, which are made of concrete or steel bars and serve as the foundational components for supporting structures in buildings; prefabricated beams, also made of concrete or steel bars, used to support horizontal structures in buildings; and stairs, which are prefabricated components made of concrete or other materials and are used to connect different floors. These prefabricated components are manufactured in factories and then transported to the construction site for assembly, improving construction efficiency and reducing on-site wet work.

A wide variety of secondary structure prefabricated panels: In terms of prefabricated houses, there are many types of secondary structure prefabricated panels. Steel floor slabs eliminate the need for formwork, reducing on-site formwork setup work; cement fiber panels used in loft secondary steel structure construction have good performance; ALC concrete prefabricated panels are commonly used in the construction field; new steel structure wall panels offer a new option for buildings; and lightweight partition panels are light in weight and easy to install. These prefabricated panels have different prices, specifications, and characteristics and can be used in different engineering scenarios, such as fire prevention and heat insulation, plastering baffle projects, and secondary renovations.

Seismic concerns in some house-building examples: There are examples of houses built with bricks and prefabricated panels. In such houses, the main body is entirely constructed with red bricks, and prefabricated panels are placed on top after the walls are completed. However, the seismic strength of such houses without any reinforced concrete structures is questionable. Although secondary structures do not bear the main weight in a house, they play an important role. For example, structural columns and ring beams can hold the walls like seat belts during an earthquake, enhancing the house's seismic capacity. In contrast, the house-building method of using bricks and prefabricated panels lacks effective seismic structural measures.
