Second-hand Cement Prefabricated House Steel Mold
The second-hand cement prefabricated house steel mold is a molding device used for factory-prefabricated integral concrete houses. It has evolved from traditional large steel building formwork and can be reused after undergoing multiple generations of technological upgrades. The following provides a detailed introduction from several aspects:

Structural Principles and Fabrication: During fabrication, large brushes are used to clean the residue from the four corners of the mold, and the outer channel steel is fixed to prevent deformation. For daily maintenance, steel plates are used as raw materials. Each raw material can produce molds that can be cycled hundreds of times, and the internal molecular structure of the raw material has high bonding properties. Some manufacturers' products have strong adaptability and can be produced for a long time in harsh environments, with price discounts for large quantities.
Demolding and Hoisting: Due to the large amount of concrete used, steam curing is required for demolding, and the prefabricated parts emerge through the drawing process. The proportion of gantry cranes is directly related to the weight of the cement house, usually requiring more than 30t.
Specifications and Styles: The conventional models are 3.3×6m and 3.6×6m, which constitute the majority of cement house models. Although irregularly shaped cement houses need to be fabricated, most adopt conventional specifications. The style is mainly cuboid, with a height not exceeding 3 meters, a width between 3 and 3.6m, and a length that can be selected as 6 meters, 6.6 meters, or 7.2 meters, depending on the actual construction conditions.
Fabrication Experience: The selection of steel plates should be moderate, as plates that are too thick or too thin are not conducive to production efficiency. To simplify production, it is usually set up with the inner mold remaining stationary and the outer mold divided into four openable sections.
Mold Definition and Upgrades: The cement house mold is a molding device for concrete prefabricated products and has undergone four generations of technological upgrades: the first generation featured a simple structure; the second generation achieved vertical wall molding; the third generation supported multi-size adjustments; the fourth generation adopted a fully automatic hydraulic system and integrated electric vibration functions. The mold can be reused for approximately 5 to 8 years, with wall thicknesses ranging from 14 to 17cm and panel thicknesses from 10 to 13cm. It can concentrate on prefabricating components to shorten the construction period and is suitable for the production needs of housing factories of different scales.
