School Portable Toilet Customization Guide

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

Customizing portable toilets for schools requires comprehensive consideration of aspects such as requirement communication, design planning, production, transportation, and installation to ensure they meet the school's usage needs.

Requirement Communication: Clearly define the usage scenarios at the school. For example, for dormitory supplements, determine the number of toilet stalls based on the number of students. For操场 (playground) activities, consider peak foot traffic. At the same time, based on whether the school has access to municipal sewage networks, determine the sewage disposal method, such as direct discharge, packaging, foam blocking, or circulating water treatment.

Design Planning:

  • Size and Space: The interior height should be ≥1.8 meters to ensure that students' knees do not touch the top when squatting or sitting. The recommended size for a standard single stall is 0.9×1.2 meters, balancing comfort and land utilization.
  • Material Selection: For the box body material, galvanized steel sheets have good rust resistance and are suitable for the humid environment of schools. Aluminum alloy is lightweight and suitable for frequent relocation. For interior panels, antibacterial composite materials can be selected for easy cleaning and reduced odor retention. Exterior wall materials include galvanized steel sheets, stainless steel sheets, aluminum sheets, or metal carved panels. Metal carved panels are lightweight and have good thermal insulation, suitable for long-term fixed use. Stainless steel is sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and easy to clean, suitable for public places. Door and window materials often use aluminum alloy profiles with insulated tempered glass to ensure light transmission and safety.
  • Functional Configuration: Basic configurations include lighting systems, sockets, distribution boxes, exhaust fans, toilets, paper holders, and handrails. Upgrade options can include installing water-saving systems, such as sensor flushing devices that can reduce water consumption by 60%. Ventilation solutions can adopt top exhaust fans + bottom air inlets to form air convection. Active carbon deodorization devices or solar ventilation fans can also be installed. For special needs, such as setting up a母婴室 (nursing room), a folding table can be configured. For barrier-free toilets, a 1.5-meter turning space should be reserved, and an SOS call button connected to a management terminal should be installed inside.

Production Process: Professional manufacturers adopt modular production. First, the toilet body, chassis, and roof are processed separately, and then assembled to ensure dimensional accuracy and structural strength. The production cycle is generally around 7 to 15 days, depending on the complexity of the plan.

Transportation and Installation: After prefabrication, the product is transported to the school site as a whole or in modules. After leveling the foundation, it is lifted or assembled, and then connected to water and electricity for use.

Considerations for Usage Scenarios: For large-scale school events, increase the number of toilet stalls, equip with barrier-free facilities and nursing tables, and consider emergency evacuation requirements. For daily use, emphasize structural stability and durability.
