Russian Container House Price

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

The price range of container houses in the Russian market is roughly between 6000 and 40,000 yuan, with specific prices influenced by various factors.

  1. Basic Model Prices:

    • Simple basic container houses, such as those meeting fire safety requirements, with 50/75mm rock wool insulation, one door and three windows, and basic electrical circuits, are priced approximately between 6000 and 8500 yuan per unit. These container houses are suitable for standardized needs such as construction site dormitories.
    • Standard 3*6-meter fully furnished container houses, equipped with flooring, complete water and electricity facilities, range in price from 8500 to 12,000 yuan per unit. These houses provide a more comfortable living environment and are suitable for long-term residence or as office spaces.
  2. High-Configuration and Special Requirement Prices:

    • For container houses requiring special configurations such as enhanced insulation and wind resistance, such as the thickened cold-resistant basic models used in the severe cold regions of northern Xinjiang, prices may range from 8500 to 11,000 yuan per unit.
    • Cold-resistant fully furnished container houses, equipped with double-glazed windows, bottom freeze-proof insulation, and other facilities, may reach prices between 11,000 and 15,000 yuan per unit. These houses can meet living needs under extreme weather conditions.
  3. Other Influencing Factors:

    • Transportation Costs: The transportation costs of container houses are calculated per kilometer, and long-distance transportation significantly increases costs. For example, the transportation distance from North China to Khorgos in Xinjiang is approximately 3000-4000 kilometers, and freight charges may increase the cost per unit by several thousand yuan or more.
    • Market Demand and Supply: The price of container houses is also influenced by market demand and supply conditions in different regions. In areas with a strong industrial base and sufficient supply, prices may be more transparent and competitive; whereas in areas with concentrated demand and limited supply, prices may rise due to supply-demand imbalances.
    • Customization Requirements: If customers have special requirements for the specifications and configurations of container houses, such as custom sizes or special materials, prices will increase accordingly.
