Self-assembly of Rural Mobile Toilets
Admin 08 de octubre de 2026
Rural mobile toilets can be self-assembled following these steps:

I. Pre-assembly Preparation
- Site Selection: Choose a flat and solid site, avoiding soft or sloped areas to prevent tipping during use.
- Inventory Check: Verify that all components (such as connectors, fasteners, and seals) are complete and undamaged by checking against the list.
- Tool Preparation: Gather tools including wrenches, screwdrivers, rubber mallets, drills, and self-tapping screws. A portable toolkit is recommended.
- Instruction Review: Carefully read the assembly drawings to understand the steps and precautions. Watching demonstration videos can also aid comprehension.
II. Main Frame Construction
- Base Installation: Arrange base components according to the drawings, secure them temporarily with connecting pins or bolts, check the levelness, and adjust with shims if necessary.
- Column Installation: Insert the lower end of the columns into the reserved interfaces on the base, ensuring they are vertical and not tilted.
- Beam Connection: Install the top beams to form a cubic structure. Check that the connection points are secure and test the overall rigidity with slight shaking. If it is a telescopic design, extend and lock the buckles in sequence.
III. Wall Panel and Roof Installation
- Wall Panel Installation:
- Attach panels coated with adhesive on the back from the bottom up to the frame edges, securing the seams with special trim strips.
- When installing door panels, pay attention to the hinge positions to ensure smooth opening and closing; add insect screens to windows and seal the perimeters with waterproof glue.
- Roof Installation:
- Place the main roof panel centrally and secure it to the beam frame with self-tapping screws. Install drainage channels and downspouts.
- If equipped with a solar lighting system, reserve cable channels and ensure proper insulation.
- Add seals to all panel seams to prevent rainwater infiltration.
IV. Sanitary System Assembly
- Toilet Installation:
- For simple dry storage designs: Align the toilet base with the reserved opening on the frame, seal the connection with silicone gaskets, and secure with buckles.
- Place the storage bucket directly below the toilet, ensuring accurate alignment.
- Water Tank and Pipe Connection:
- Secure the water tank and pipes, checking that the connections are tight.
- For flush toilets, install angle valves, tees, and inlet hoses. When assembling the spray head, tighten the sealing rings at both ends and snap it into the bracket.
V. Inspection and Testing
- Stability Check: Confirm that the toilet does not wobble.
- Leak Check: Focus on inspecting the connections between the water tank, pipes, and toilet.
- Function Test: For flush toilets, test the water to confirm normal flushing.
VI. Final Work
- Sealing: Apply sealant to connections between the toilet and frame to prevent odor emission.
- Cleaning: Dispose of waste and keep the site clean.
