Price of Precast Slabs for Rural Houses
Admin 17 de septiembre de 2026
The prices of precast slabs for rural houses vary significantly depending on the material, specifications, and supplier. The specific price needs to be determined by combining the material type, size, and market quotation.

I. Price Range per Square Meter
- Reinforced Concrete Hollow Slabs: The price range is 15.8 to 40 yuan per square meter. These slabs use steel bars as the framework and are cast with concrete. The internal hollow design reduces weight, making them suitable for large-span floor or roof slabs. They offer high cost-effectiveness and are a common choice for self-built rural houses.
- Cement Precast Slabs: The price range is 12 to 55 yuan per square meter. Ordinary cement slabs have lower costs but relatively weaker strength and durability, often used in temporary buildings or non-load-bearing structures. If high-grade cement or fiber-reinforced materials are used, the price may approach that of reinforced concrete slabs.
- SP Prestressed Hollow Slabs: The price can reach 480 yuan per square meter. These slabs use prestressed technology, applying tensile stress in advance through high-strength steel bars, significantly improving load-bearing capacity and crack resistance. They are suitable for large-span, heavy-load scenarios (such as industrial plants) but have higher costs and are less commonly used in rural residences.
II. Price Range per Piece
- Ordinary Cement Precast Slabs: For a specification of 3.6 meters long and 60 centimeters wide, the price per piece ranges from 80 to 150 yuan. These slabs are usually 10-12 centimeters thick, suitable for the mezzanine or simple roof of low-rise residences. The price is influenced by the cement grade and manufacturing process.
- Reinforced Concrete Precast Slabs: For the same specification, the price per piece ranges from 150 to 300 yuan. The number of steel bars inside the slab, the grade of steel bars (such as HRB400), and the concrete grade (such as C30) directly affect the cost, making them suitable for scenarios with high structural safety requirements.
III. Factors Affecting Price
- Material Specifications: Parameters such as slab thickness, span, and load-bearing capacity are positively correlated with price. For example, increasing the thickness by 1 centimeter may raise the cost by 10%-15%.
- Concrete Grade: High-grade concrete (such as C30 and above) has higher strength but increases raw material costs and manufacturing complexity, leading to higher prices.
- Steel Bar Grade: Slabs using high-strength steel bars like HRB400 have better tensile properties, but the higher cost of steel bars accounts for a larger proportion of the overall price, causing it to rise.
- Supplier Quotations: The raw material procurement costs, transportation expenses, and profit margins vary among different regions and manufacturers. It is advisable to compare prices from multiple suppliers before making a choice.
Tip: When making actual purchases, select the appropriate specifications based on the architectural design requirements (such as span and load). Require the supplier to provide material inspection reports to ensure the quality meets national standards (such as GB/T 14040-2007 Prestressed Concrete Hollow Slabs).
