Rizhao Container House Project
The Rizhao Container House Project primarily involves the export of green prefabricated buildings and the construction of related local projects, covering export operations, terminal construction, port upgrading and renovation, and other fields.
Export of Green Prefabricated Buildings: The Rizhao Green Prefabricated Building Industrial Park has achieved full-process export of prefabricated buildings, customizing supporting packaged housing facilities for countries such as Sierra Leone, and establishing a full-chain service system of 'customized design, refined production, and professional services'. The park's products are also exported to multiple countries, including Uzbekistan and Belarus, and have established long-term cooperative relationships with Mozambique, Australia, and other countries, with the scale of overseas business continuing to expand.
Local Container Terminal Construction: The EPC bidding for the Lanshan District Smart Container Terminal Project has been launched, planning to build a comprehensive service building, intelligent warehousing facilities, commercial service buildings, and smart stacking yards, with a total construction area of approximately 24,000 square meters. The project is located east of Pingdao Road and south of Ayeshan South Road, with a planned construction period of 540 calendar days and an investment of approximately 128 million yuan.
Port Upgrading and Renovation Project: The Rizhao Port upgrading and renovation project involves the construction of berths for coal and iron ore, as well as the improvement of supporting infrastructure, with a total investment of approximately 6.8 billion yuan. Among them, the civil construction bidding for the expansion and renovation of the #14 and #15 berth yards in the South Operation Area of Shijiu Port District has been initiated, mainly focusing on the expansion of specialized ore yards and the construction of supporting facilities such as machine rooms, tracks, and power supply and lighting.
Environmental Protection and Process Improvement Project: The Shijiu Port District West Area of Rizhao Port has implemented a project for the procurement and installation of bulk-to-container process and environmental protection improvement equipment, including the procurement and installation of belt conveyors, stackers, packing buildings, and other equipment, with a total investment of approximately 56.34 million yuan, aiming to improve port operation efficiency and environmental protection levels.
