Riyue Bay Mobile Toilet

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, the mobile toilets in Riyue Bay face issues of poor conditions and insufficient quantity. The specific manifestations are as follows:

I. Poor Sanitary Conditions
According to available information, the mobile toilets in Riyue Bay suffer from poor ventilation and severe odors. Due to the relatively enclosed space of mobile toilets and the possible lack of effective deodorization systems in some facilities, in high-temperature environments, irritating gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide produced by excreta are difficult to expel quickly, leading to a deterioration in internal air quality. Additionally, if the frequency of cleaning and maintenance is insufficient, residue stains will further breed bacteria, exacerbating odor problems and affecting the user experience of tourists.

II. Insufficient Quantity and Distribution
The main commercial street, as a concentrated area for tourists, is equipped with only 3 mobile toilets, far from meeting the demand during peak periods. Reference information indicates that during holidays or the tourist peak season, waiting times may exceed 30 minutes. This imbalance between supply and demand not only wastes tourists' time but may also trigger disorder in public areas and even lead some tourists to choose uncivilized behaviors (such as urinating or defecating anywhere) due to the inability to use the toilet in a timely manner, causing secondary pollution to the environment.

III. Design Flaws and Inadequate Adaptability
The siting and design of mobile toilets may not fully consider local climatic characteristics. Riyue Bay is located in the tropics, with high temperatures and humidity in summer. However, some mobile toilets may not be equipped with thermal insulation materials, powerful exhaust fans, or air conditioning systems, resulting in internal temperatures much higher than those outside and exacerbating the stuffy feeling. In addition, if the toilets do not adopt humanized designs such as non-slip floors and barrier-free facilities, there are safety hazards for elderly and disabled tourists during the rainy season.

Improvement Suggestions:

  1. Increase the number of facilities: Add mobile toilets in the main commercial street and surrounding areas with high tourist concentrations, or introduce modular public restrooms to shorten waiting times.
  2. Optimize sanitary management: Adopt biodegradation technology to reduce odors, increase the frequency of cleaning, and set up real-time queue notification systems.
  3. Enhance environmental adaptability: Select thermal insulation materials, install powerful exhaust fans or small air conditioners, and improve internal ventilation and temperature control.
  4. Improve supporting services: Set up drinking water points and sunshades around the toilets to enhance the overall experience of tourists.

Through targeted improvements, the current issues with mobile toilets in Riyue Bay can be effectively alleviated, and the quality of tourist public services can be enhanced.
