Refitted Movable Toilet
A refitted toilet can be made movable by installing universal wheels or using a stacked water tank structure combined with universal wheels.

I. Universal Wheel Installation on Basic Structure Plan
This plan uses lightweight materials such as plastic buckets, water tanks, or wooden boards as the basic structure, achieving mobility by installing four universal wheels at the bottom. Specific operations include:
- Material Selection: Prioritize the use of plastic buckets, water tanks, or wooden boards as the main framework. For example, in one case, a wooden board was used as the base, with universal wheels fixed at the four corners using wooden strips to form a movable toilet frame; in another case, universal wheels were directly fixed at the four corners of a拖板 (drag board), and then a water tank was placed to construct a movable toilet.
- Universal Wheel Installation: Universal wheels should be selected with a load-bearing capacity that matches the main structure to ensure stability during movement. During installation, ensure that the four wheels are evenly stressed to avoid tipping due to重心偏移 (center of gravity shift).
- Structural Reinforcement: If wooden boards or拖板 (drag boards) are used as the base, reinforcement with wooden strips or metal brackets is necessary to prevent structural deformation due to long-term movement. For example, when installing universal wheels at the corners of a wooden board, cross-fixing with wooden strips is required to enhance overall rigidity.
II. Stacked Water Tank Structure Plan
This plan achieves mobility by stacking water tanks and installing universal wheels, suitable for scenarios requiring the integration of facilities such as toilets and sinks. Specific operations include:
- Water Tank Selection and Stacking: Select two water tanks with open tops, invert one on top of the other, and secure the outer frame with self-tapping screws to form a closed space. Cut out a rectangular opening as the doorway and install toilets, sinks, and other facilities inside.
- Universal Wheel Installation: Install universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom water tank to ensure a firm connection between the wheels and the tank. Note that the load-bearing capacity of the wheels must meet the overall weight to avoid damage during movement.
- Functional Integration and Sealing: After installing the internal facilities, seal the openings of the water tanks to prevent odor leakage. For example, install soft curtains or magnetic doors at the doorway to ensure privacy and facilitate opening and closing during movement.
Both plans require selecting materials and wheel models based on actual needs and ensuring structural stability and mobility convenience. Avoid sharp turns or rapid movement during relocation to prevent tipping or facility damage due to inertia.
