Red River Foam Sealing Mobile Toilet

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The Red River foam sealing mobile toilet is a type of mobile toilet that utilizes foam sealing technology to achieve water conservation, odor isolation, clogging prevention, and pipe-free functionality, making it suitable for scenarios without water or sewer systems.

Working Principle: Through microcomputer control, a foaming agent is mixed with water (in a ratio of approximately 1:1000) to generate high-density foam that automatically fills the toilet bowl, forming a dual odor-isolation structure. The foam layer directly blocks the return of foul odors, while the flexible sealing at the drainage outlet provides secondary odor prevention. Meanwhile, the lubricating effect of the foam allows waste to slide down smoothly, reducing the risk of adhesion to the walls and clogging. This technology consumes less than 50ml of water per use, achieving a water conservation rate of 90%–98%, significantly reducing water consumption.

Functional Features:

  1. Water Conservation and Environmental Protection: It supports pipe-free waste collection (into a fecal collection tank for regular emptying) or direct discharge into septic tanks/municipal sewer systems via pipes. Some products can be equipped with biodegradation technology to eliminate the need for emptying, reducing environmental pollution.
  2. Intelligent Operation: It is equipped with infrared sensing, automatic foam replenishment, fault self-diagnosis, and low-foam alerts to ensure stable equipment operation.
  3. Environmental Adaptability: It can be optionally equipped with a low-temperature foaming agent and a heating system to adapt to harsh cold environments ranging from -20℃ to -30℃, preventing foam freezing and subsequent functional failure.
  4. Energy and Customization: It supports photovoltaic self-power supply, making it suitable for scenic spots or campsites without electricity. It offers landscape customization services to blend with the surrounding environment. With a design life of 15 years, it adopts a modular structure for easy and quick installation and maintenance.

Application Scenarios: It is widely used in scenic spots, parks, campsites, cultural and tourism projects, construction sites, wild areas, temporary events (such as exhibitions and music festivals), etc., especially in areas without water or sewer systems and in cold regions. Its water-saving, odor-isolating, and clogging-preventing features effectively solve the usage challenges of traditional mobile toilets in resource-scarce or extreme environments, while its intelligent design enhances user experience and management efficiency.
