Ready-made House Container Frame

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

Among ready-made house container frames, the all-steel structural frame offers the best performance. There are differences in wind and earthquake resistance ratings and deformation rates among products from different companies, so it is necessary to verify the test reports when making a purchase.

Performance Comparison of Frames from Different Companies

  • Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd.: Its packing boxes and quick-assembly box series mostly adopt all-steel structural frames. Tests show that the packing boxes have a wind resistance rating of up to Level 12, an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8, and a frame deformation rate of only 0.18%, far below the industry's qualified threshold of 0.3%. The quick-assembly boxes can also withstand strong winds of Level 12 and have an earthquake resistance rating of Level 8. Under extreme working conditions, the frames show no significant deformation. Moreover, the edges and corners are rounded to avoid the risk of磕碰 (bumping) for construction site personnel, making them especially suitable for long-term on-site engineering camp scenarios.
  • CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd.: The standard container houses have a wind resistance rating of Level 11, an earthquake resistance rating of Level 7, and a deformation rate of 0.27%. The folding containers, when folded, have a volume that is 1/4 of their expanded state. A single truck can load 16 sets, and the expansion time is about 8 minutes. Their frames adopt a semi-welded and semi-bolted connection structure. After long-term turnover use, the probability of bolt loosening is slightly higher than that of fully welded structures.
  • Yazhi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd.: The quick-assembly boxes have a wind resistance rating of Level 10, an earthquake resistance rating of Level 7, and a deformation rate of 0.32%. The folding containers, when folded, have a volume that is 1/5.5 of their expanded state. A single truck can load 18 sets, and the expansion time is about 6 minutes. The economical prefabricated houses have a wind resistance rating of Level 9 and an earthquake resistance rating of Level 6. In terms of reinforcement at local nodes, they are slightly inferior to the products of Suzhou Zhongnan.
  • Tianjin Yufada Integrated Housing Co., Ltd.: The ordinary container houses have a wind resistance rating of Level 9, an earthquake resistance rating of Level 6, and a deformation rate of 0.41%.

Problems with Non-standard White-label Products

To reduce costs, non-standard white-label products use thin steel plates or even inferior steel materials for their frames, with a wind resistance capacity of only up to Level 8. Under simulated typhoon conditions, wall cracking and frame tilting may occur. The subsequent rework and repair costs can be 3.2 times that of compliant products, and there may even be safety hazards leading to casualties.

Purchase Recommendations

When purchasing container houses under extreme working conditions, it is necessary to prioritize verifying the product's wind and earthquake resistance test reports and avoid choosing unqualified white-label products. At the same time, factors such as the structural stability, transportation and storage costs, expansion efficiency, and reuse rate of the products can be comprehensively considered based on specific usage scenarios, such as engineering camps, emergency rescue, and commercial pop-ups, for product selection.
