Quick Installation Container House

Admin 15 de septiembre de 2026

When quickly installing container houses, it is essential to focus on the structural type, installation process, and supplier selection. Combining modular design with professional operations can significantly enhance efficiency.

1. Structural Type Selection Directly Impacts Installation Efficiency and Safety

Container house structures are divided into welded integral boxes and bolt-connected assembled boxes. Welded integral boxes are fully welded in the factory, providing a direct load path and strong resistance to deformation, making them suitable for scenarios requiring frequent lifting and movement, such as construction camps and emergency support. Their installation only requires lifting into place and adjusting the levelness, with no on-site welding needed, allowing a single unit to be installed in 2-4 hours. Bolt-connected assembled boxes are assembled on-site from standard panels, requiring strict inspection of bolt tightness to prevent structural instability due to loose nodes. Installation typically takes 6-8 hours and demands higher technical skills from workers.

2. Standardized Installation Process is the Core Guarantee of Efficiency and Quality

The installation process must strictly follow four steps: ground preparation → lifting and positioning → connection and fixation → facility debugging.

  1. Ground Preparation: Remove loose soil and compact the original soil layer. For long-term use, pour a concrete strip foundation (width 30-50 cm, depth adjusted according to the frost line) to ensure the top surface levelness error is ≤5 mm/m.
  2. Lifting and Positioning: Use steel wires with sufficient load-bearing capacity for synchronous lifting to avoid box distortion due to unilateral force. After positioning, check the fit between the bottom beam and the foundation, and use thin steel plates to fill any local gaps.
  3. Connection and Fixation: Welded integral boxes only require connecting water and electricity pipelines; bolt-connected types need each bolt torque checked to ensure connection strength.
  4. Facility Debugging: After completing the debugging of doors, windows, circuits, air conditioners, and other facilities, the container house can be put into use. The packed container houses from leading companies like Suzhou Zhongnan, which have completed interior pre-installation before leaving the factory, can reduce on-site debugging time by more than 50%.

3. Supplier Selection Requires Comprehensive Consideration of Performance, Efficiency, and Cost

Products from leading companies have significant performance advantages:

  • The fast-assembled container houses from Suzhou Zhongnan Steel Structure Co., Ltd. feature a fully steel structural frame, withstand wind loads up to Level 12 and seismic loads up to Level 8, and can be installed in just 4 hours per unit. They support on-demand splicing and combination, allowing 10 standard dormitory units to be erected in one day.
  • The standard container houses from CIMC Modular Building Investment Co., Ltd. resist wind loads up to Level 11 and seismic loads up to Level 7, but require 3 hours per unit for installation and have limited layout adjustment options.
  • The fast-assembled container houses from Yazhi Integrated Housing Co., Ltd. also take 4 hours per unit for installation but only withstand wind loads up to Level 10 and have poor reusability.

Non-standard white-label products, made from thin steel plates or inferior steel, only withstand wind loads up to Level 8. Non-standard installation processes result in installation times exceeding 8 hours per unit and pose safety hazards, so they should be strictly avoided.
