Quanzhou Square Mobile Toilet Installation

Admin 02 de octubre de 2026

The installation process of mobile toilets in Quanzhou Square is usually simple and fast, with the following specific steps:

  1. Positioning and Site Preparation
Determine the installation location based on the overall planning of the square and ground conditions. Ensure that the ground is solid, flat, and has good drainage. If the site has slopes or soft foundations, compaction or bedding treatment should be carried out in advance to prevent toilet tilting or settlement due to unstable foundations. When positioning, consider ease of use, such as being close to areas where people gather but avoiding interference with main passageways.

  2. Chassis and Frame Installation
Use a forklift or crane to place the prefabricated steel structure chassis steadily at the predetermined location. Adjust the chassis to a horizontal state using a level to ensure the verticality of subsequent wall installations. The chassis is usually made of high-strength steel with anti-corrosion treatment to adapt to outdoor environments. If the frame is an independent structure, it should be fixed to the chassis with bolts or welding to form stable support.

  3. Wall and Roof Panel Assembly
Wall panels are mostly made of lightweight sandwich panels (such as polyurethane or rock wool materials), which have heat insulation and moisture-proof functions. When installing, insert the wall panels into the chassis slots one by one and fix them with bolts or clips to ensure tight connections. When installing the roof panels, pay attention to the slope design to avoid water accumulation. At the same time, use waterproof sealant to treat the joints to prevent rainwater leakage. For integrated mobile toilets (such as box-type toilets), the wall and roof panels have been pre-assembled in the factory, and only need to be hoisted into place on site, greatly shortening the installation time.

  4. Internal Facility Connection and Debugging
Install internal partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (optional), and other facilities, and connect water and electricity pipelines. The modular design (such as quick connectors) makes water and electricity connections more convenient, but they should be operated by professionals to ensure safety. The ventilation system (such as exhaust fans or natural vents) should be debugged with emphasis to ensure air circulation and reduce odors. The lighting equipment should be checked for circuit stability to avoid short-circuit risks.

  5. Function Inspection and Acceptance
After the installation is completed, comprehensive tests should be carried out, including flushing system pressure tests, circuit insulation tests, and water tightness tests, to ensure that all functions meet the requirements of the "Mobile Toilet Hygiene Specifications" (GB/T 21239-2023). Only after passing the acceptance can it be put into use, and regular maintenance should be carried out to extend its service life.

Simplified Process for Integrated Mobile Toilets: If factory-preassembled box-type toilets are used, only hoisting into place and connecting water, electricity, and sewage pipelines are required on site. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours, making it suitable for emergency or temporary demand scenarios.
