How to Install a Mobile Toilet in Quanzhou
Admin 09 de octubre de 2026
The installation of a mobile toilet in Quanzhou should follow these general steps to ensure safety and functionality meet standards:

Pre-installation Inspection
- Sewage Pipe Cleaning: Thoroughly inspect the interior of the sewage pipe, removing debris such as sand and waste paper to prevent blockages. If a water-flushing system is used, confirm in advance that the sewer pipe has no leaks or blockages to ensure wastewater discharge complies with environmental protection requirements.
- Ground Levelness Verification: The installation site must be level. If there are slopes or unevenness, use a bedding layer or adjust the foot screws to correct them, preventing damage to the toilet structure due to uneven force distribution.
Determine the Sewage Pipe Center
- Turn the mobile toilet upside down with the sewage outlet facing up. Draw a cross-center line on the edge of the sewage outlet and extend it to the feet around the bottom of the toilet. This step ensures precise alignment between the sewage outlet and the ground pipe, preventing later leaks.
Fix the Foot Positions
- Based on the mounting holes for the foot screws at the bottom of the toilet, use an impact drill to make holes in the ground (the hole depth should match the length of the expansion screws) and embed plastic sleeves. If the ground is concrete, ensure the hole diameter matches the outer diameter of the sleeves to enhance stability.
Bottom Sealing Treatment
- Seal Installation: Install a dedicated rubber seal at the sewage outlet to ensure a tight fit with the pipe.
- Adhesive or Mortar Filling: If the seal cannot fully cover the gaps, apply silicone adhesive or cement mortar (with a cement-to-sand ratio of 1:3) around the sewage pipe. After filling, allow it to cure for 24 hours to prevent wastewater overflow.
Handling and Placement
- Handling Method Selection: Adjust the handling strategy based on the toilet type. For toilets with a pointed roof design, the balance point is near the top, requiring multiple people to collaborate during handling; flat-roof designs usually come with preset hooks for lifting with a crane; small toilets can be fitted with wheels and moved manually, while large toilets must use professional lifting equipment.
- Placement Precautions: During lifting, keep the toilet level to avoid violent shaking that could damage internal facilities; after landing, check that the feet are in tight contact with the ground.
On-site Debugging and Inspection
- Component Fastening Check: After assembly according to the instructions, check that all screws, hinges, and other connectors are tightened to prevent loosening during use.
- Facility Integrity Check: Confirm that internal facilities such as the toilet bowl and sink have no cracks or damage, and test whether the flushing and drainage functions work properly.
- Cleaning and Disinfection: Wipe the interior and exterior surfaces of the toilet with a neutral cleaner and spray the interior with a chlorine-based disinfectant to ensure hygiene standards are met.
Note: If the mobile toilet is equipped with smart features (such as automatic flushing or warm-air drying), additional checks are required for circuit load (≥1500W), water pressure (0.15-0.75MPa), and pit distance (305/400mm). However, these parameters are typically for fixed smart toilets, and mobile toilet installation should prioritize following the above general steps.
