Quanzhou Mobile Toilet Bus
Quanzhou coordinates mobile toilet buses during holidays or large-scale events to meet the toilet needs of citizens and tourists. The specific measures are as follows:

I. Setup and Commissioning of Mobile Toilet Buses
During the May Day holiday, the Urban Management Bureau of Licheng District set up mobile toilet buses at four locations: Quanzhou Cinema, Zhongmin Baihui Xinhua Store, Chengtian Lane Entrance, and Tianhou Palace. Among them, the mobile toilet buses at Quanzhou Cinema and Zhongmin Baihui Xinhua Store were officially put into use on the morning of April 24, while the other two arrived before the holiday. These mobile toilet buses have the same appearance as ordinary buses, but the words 'Mobile Toilet' are printed on their bodies for easy identification by citizens and tourists. In terms of internal facilities, they are equipped with hand-washing areas, men's and women's toilets, exhaust systems, temperature control systems, and grab bars to ensure comfort and convenience. At the same time, dedicated cleaning staff are arranged to clean the buses after each use and provide deodorizers to ensure cleanliness and enhance the user experience.
II. Flexible Allocation of Mobile Toilet Buses
During the 'Dragon Soaring over the East Sea, Blessings Filling Quanzhou' folk parade event, relevant departments coordinated two mobile toilet buses to be stationed on the sidewalk beside Shangshi Haishanghai Jinjie and beside the construction site on the west side of Building C of the Municipal Transportation Research Institute along the parade route. This flexible allocation method allows for quick adjustment of toilet locations based on the distribution of crowds and toilet needs at the event site, ensuring that citizens and tourists can easily find and use toilets during the event.
III. Other Supporting Measures
In addition to mobile toilet buses, relevant departments in Quanzhou have further expanded toilet supply by adding temporary toilets, opening up internal toilets of government agencies and enterprises, and promoting services provided by public places such as street-side hotels and supermarkets. At the same time, toilet locations are updated on map software, and temporary toilet signs are made to facilitate citizens and tourists in finding and using toilets. These measures together form a toilet support system in Quanzhou to cope with peak crowds during holidays or large-scale events.
