Etuoke Banner Shunfa Prefabricated Factory was once located on the opposite side of the China Petroleum Yutong Gas Station on Wuzhu'er Road, Qipanjing Town, Etuoke Banner, Erdos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region. The factory was established on September 1, 2008, but is currently deregistered. Its business scope mainly involves the manufacture, sales, and service of prefabricated components of specific specifications, including pre-stressed steel wire circular hole slabs with a span of less than 4.5 meters. These components can be used in buildings for parts such as floor slabs and can bear a certain load. There are also small building supporting components such as stairs and balconies, which can meet the needs of local functional areas in buildings. Additionally, there are municipal engineering retaining walls, which play a role in blocking soil and stabilizing slopes in municipal engineering construction. Furthermore, it includes concrete pipes with a diameter of less than 1 meter, which can be used in municipal pipeline systems such as drainage.
Information on Market Evaluation Projects
The Etuoke Banner Energy Bureau once organized a market price evaluation project for the buildings, structures, and ancillary facilities of enterprises such as Qilong Meat Processing Factory and Zhiwu Cement Prefabricated Factory in Qipanjing Town. This project indicates that there is a certain level of concern and evaluation demand for the market value of buildings related to prefabricated houses in the local area, which may involve work such as enterprise asset liquidation and demolition compensation. However, the project was ultimately canceled due to having less than three qualified suppliers. This means that during the bidding process at that time, the number of qualified suppliers participating in the evaluation did not meet the specified requirements, preventing the project from proceeding normally. It also reflects, from the side, that there may be certain limitations in terms of market activity or supplier resources for market evaluations related to prefabricated houses in the local area.
