Public Toilet Mobile Flushing Device

Admin 16 de octubre de 2026

The public toilet mobile flushing device is a movable public sanitation facility equipped with a water flushing system. It achieves overall relocation through modular design, and its internal configuration is similar to that of traditional fixed toilets, including ceramic sanitary ware, a flushing system, and a sewage discharge interface. Its characteristics are as follows:

Convenience: After the main body is produced and tested in the factory, it only needs to be connected to the municipal water supply network and sewage network interfaces on-site, or to temporary water storage and sewage storage equipment, to be quickly put into use, with the cycle shortened to a few hours. Although the service capacity of a single unit is limited, a service network can be formed through clustered deployment to cover a wider area and meet the demand during peak instantaneous pedestrian flows. For example, at large-scale events or temporary venues, multiple mobile flushing devices can work together to improve usage efficiency.

Environmental Protection:

  • Water-saving Design: It uses sensor-based or low-pressure flushing valves, controlling the single flush volume to 1-2 liters, saving more than 70% of water compared to ordinary toilets. Some high-end models are equipped with rainwater collection and reclaimed water reuse systems to further reduce freshwater consumption.
  • Sewage Treatment: Excrement and flushing water are connected to the municipal sewage system through pipelines or pre-treated on-site by integrated septic tanks and biological treatment modules before being transported by specialized vehicles to treatment centers, preventing soil and groundwater pollution. Some modules achieve sewage reuse standards through triple purification of sedimentation, filtration, and biological decomposition.
  • Materials and Lifecycle: The main structure is made of corrosion-resistant fiberglass or metal sheets, with a long service life. After being scrapped, it can be efficiently disassembled and classified for recycling, generating far less construction waste than traditional brick-and-mortar toilets, causing minimal damage to the site, and allowing for quick site restoration after evacuation.
  • Energy Utilization: Solar photovoltaic panels are installed on the roof to provide clean energy for lighting and the flushing system, reducing reliance on traditional electricity.

Special Technical Types:

  • 2026 New Lightweight Plastic Mobile Toilet: It adopts a gravity flushing sewage tank with a foot pump, simplifying the operation process and being suitable for scenarios with limited resources.
  • Microbial Ecological Toilet: It uses specific bacteria to decompose excrement, converting solids into organic fertilizer without flushing. The liquid is filtered and reused for greening irrigation, saving 200 liters of water per single unit per day, especially suitable for plateau scenic spots and arid regions.
