Prefabricated Super-High Building
Prefabricated super-high buildings typically adopt a modular construction approach, achieving efficient construction through factory prefabrication, overall transportation, and on-site assembly. They possess excellent seismic and wind resistance performance, meeting the construction requirements of super-high buildings.

I. Construction Logic: Factory-Built Housing, Modular Production
The core of prefabricated super-high buildings is the 'factory-built housing' model. During the design phase, engineers break down the building into standardized independent modules, covering a full range of components such as walls, insulation structures, water and electricity pipelines, kitchen and bathroom facilities, and ceiling and floor systems, ensuring that each module is fully functional. In the factory prefabrication phase, all modules are mass-produced on intelligent assembly lines, with comprehensive quality inspections for fire resistance, water resistance, sound insulation, and load-bearing capacity conducted simultaneously. The modules are delivered as fully finished and decorated spaces. For example, the CSCEC Hailong Intelligent Construction Industrial Park can deliver 20,000 to 30,000 modules annually. Relying on automated equipment for precise processing, it avoids manual errors and material waste associated with traditional construction, achieving standardized and large-scale production.
II. Transportation and Assembly: Efficient Construction, Shortened Cycle
After completion, the modules are uniformly packaged and boxed for shipment by sea to destinations worldwide, adapting to cross-border transportation and customs clearance standards of different countries. On-site construction only requires lifting equipment for assembly and connection to external pipelines to complete the project. Compared to traditional construction, the construction cycle is directly shortened by more than 60%. For example, a 16-story building assembled from 298 modules can be ready for delivery in just 120 days from the first lift; the Anju Jingxinyuan project took only 148 days from the first module lift to the completion of a 30-story high-rise building with fine decoration, significantly improving construction efficiency.
III. Performance Advantages: Seismic and Wind Resistance, Adaptable to Global Environments
Domestically produced prefabricated buildings feature high-strength steel structural frames, offering excellent seismic, wind, and corrosion resistance performance, meeting the construction requirements of super-high buildings. Their structural systems undergo rigorous mechanical calculations and experimental verification, enabling them to withstand extreme environments such as strong winds and earthquakes, while corrosion-resistant materials extend the building's lifespan. Additionally, the modular design is adaptable to different climatic conditions worldwide. By adjusting parameters of components such as insulation and waterproofing, it can meet the special needs of tropical, cold, and coastal regions, ensuring building safety and comfort.
