Prefabricated Structure House Construction Guide

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The construction guide for prefabricated structure houses varies depending on the type. Common types include prefabricated houses, prefabricated detachable container houses, Chinese prefabricated modular houses, and prefabricated assembled wooden houses. The specific construction steps are as follows:

Prefabricated Houses (Taking a South Korean rural case as an example)

  1. Foundation Construction: Level the foundation and pour a cushion layer. Excavate foundation pits about 60 centimeters deep. Lay white plastic sheets to prevent moisture loss from the concrete. Pour a non-reinforced concrete foundation. Use a drill to make holes and fix the foundation plates with expansion screws. Use a mobile crane to lift and install 5-ton prefabricated foundation piles and secure them with foundation plates.
  2. Main Body Assembly: Quickly connect the beams using mortise-and-tenon joints and fix them with nuts after level measurement. Fill the gaps between the beams and foundation piles with expanding foam and seal the nut-fixed areas with cement. Lift and install prefabricated stairs and lay 5-centimeter-thick prefabricated floor slabs. Perform grouting on the gaps of all components.
  3. Backfilling and Finishing: Backfill soil to complete the foundation frame structure.

Prefabricated Detachable Container Houses

  1. Bottom Frame Installation: Connect the lower corner fittings and bottom beams and fix them with bolts. Place the bottom chords (distinguish the specifications) and connect them to the bottom beams with bolts. Measure the diagonals to ensure perpendicularity and leave some space for movement when connecting the columns.
  2. Floor and Top Adjustment: Lay MGO boards and leave gaps for wall panels. Level the floor. Connect the upper corner fittings and top longitudinal beams and gradually install the top transverse beams and columns. Measure the perpendicularity with a level and reinforce the intersections of the top chords.
  3. Drainage and Sealing Treatment: Install drainage channels and pipes and fix them with self-drilling screws every 25 centimeters. Apply sealant at the connections and stick sealing strips on the inner sides of the columns, bottom beams, and top beams.
  4. Wall Panel and Ceiling Installation: Install the wall panels one by one. Use wall panels to support the door and window positions. When installing the ceiling, add square tubes for fixation if there are wall panels on both sides.
  5. Interior Decoration and Roof Laying: Drill holes in the walls to fix the wires and lay glass wool insulation. Lay roof tiles and fix them on the inner side of the drainage channels.

Chinese Prefabricated Modular Houses (Standardized Process)

  1. Factory Production Stage: Divide the house into independent modules (such as bedrooms, kitchens, and bathrooms) and complete steel structure welding, wall laying, plumbing and electrical pre-installation, door and window installation, and fine decoration in the factory. Pass safety certifications from multiple countries such as the EU and Australia to ensure millimeter-level precision.
  2. Transportation and Assembly Stage: Encode the modules uniformly and transfer them to the port by special vehicles, which are suitable for international standard container transportation. Use cranes to lift and assemble the modules at the overseas site and complete the assembly through interface connection and plumbing and electrical connection.

Prefabricated Assembled Wooden Houses

  1. Chassis Frame Construction: Build a rectangular chassis frame on the concrete foundation and fix the prefabricated beam components with electric drills and metal connectors.
  2. Floor and Wall Installation: Lay floor joists and cover them with wooden panels. Erect prefabricated wall modules and fix them to the floor with nail guns.
  3. Internal Structure and Roof Construction: Build partition wall frames and second-floor floor beams. Lift and install triangular roof trusses and fix them to the top beams of the walls.
