Prefabricated Structural Housing Lifting Plan

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The lifting plan for prefabricated structural housing requires systematic planning from six aspects: materials, labor, site layout, measurement, operations, and quality assurance. Details are as follows:

Material Preparation

  1. Prefabricated Components: Develop a demand plan in advance, specifying loading sequence, vehicle capacity, and lifting schedule to ensure an adequate supply of components in the construction area and avoid secondary lifting.
  2. Lifting Equipment: Select tower crane models based on project requirements, such as the Zoomlion 6517B-10 tower crane with a 30-meter boom and a maximum lifting capacity of 6 tons. Ensure equipment performance meets lifting height and weight requirements.
  3. Processing Tools and Materials: Include steel beams, diagonal braces, exterior wall panel reinforcements, straight/L connectors, plastic spacers, lifting claws, cement self-tapping screws, etc. Calculate quantities in advance and customize to avoid construction interruptions.

Labor Preparation

Assign a dedicated safety supervisor during the lifting process to monitor construction safety throughout, focusing on checking the stability of lifting equipment, the firmness of component connections, and the规范性 (standardization) of personnel operations, promptly eliminating hazards.

Site Layout

  1. Construction Roads: Construct according to permanent road standards. Heavy-duty truck roads use a 200mm-thick C20 plain concrete pavement, 4 meters wide, with a turning radius of 15 meters and drainage systems on both sides.
  2. Survey Control Points: Establish permanent theodolite coordinate piles and level piles as benchmarks for floor axis and elevation transfer measurements.
  3. Component Storage Yard: Stack components by specification according to the lifting sequence, with sleepers added at the bottom to prevent tipping. Inspect component quality upon arrival to avoid secondary handling.

Construction Surveying

  1. Set up no fewer than 4 vertical control points on each floor, transferring axis lines upward from the ground-level origin using a theodolite.
  2. Set up 1 elevation control point per floor. Control lines for prefabricated components are derived from axis lines, with each component marked with 2 vertical and 2 horizontal control lines.

Lifting Operations

  1. Prefabricated Wall Panel Lifting: Use modular lifting beams, selecting lifting points based on lifting ring positions. Inspect appearance and connections when lifted to 500mm, and control descent speed with a tag line when lifted to 600mm above the working level.
  2. Diagonal Brace Installation: Connect diagonal brace rods to wall panels and cast-in-place slabs using bolts, making initial adjustments and temporarily securing with adjustable bolt rods.
  3. Precision Adjustment: Use long and short diagonal brace rods for calibration in the vertical, parallel-to-wall-panel directions, and horizontal elevations to ensure installation accuracy.

Quality Assurance Measures

  1. Finished Product Protection: Use steel frames for auxiliary single-piece stacking during transportation, with wooden blocks as spacers for stacked pieces. Lift gently during lifting and cover the construction area with wooden boards for protection.
  2. Component Quality Inspection: Verify dimensions, appearance, and reinforcement for each batch of components upon arrival, creating written records and reporting to the supervisor. Only use components that pass inspection.
