Images of Columns in Prefabricated Slab Houses
Currently, it is not possible to directly provide images of columns in prefabricated slab houses, but their relevant characteristics and types can be introduced.

The columns in prefabricated slab houses fall within the category of prefabricated components. Common prefabricated columns include two types: solid prefabricated columns and hollow prefabricated columns.
Solid Prefabricated Columns
Solid prefabricated columns are made with a solid structure throughout. In terms of construction, they are usually tightly combined with steel bars and concrete. The steel bars act as a framework, providing strong tensile strength, while the concrete wraps around the steel bars, not only protecting them from external environmental erosion but also working together with the steel bars to bear pressure. This solid structure gives solid prefabricated columns high load-bearing capacity, enabling them to withstand large vertical and horizontal loads. They are suitable for building parts with high structural strength requirements, such as the ground-floor columns of multi-story prefabricated slab houses. These columns need to bear the enormous weight transmitted from the upper floors as well as horizontal forces like wind loads and earthquake actions that may occur. Solid prefabricated columns can ensure the safety and stability of the structure with their excellent mechanical properties. During the manufacturing process, solid prefabricated columns are generally produced in factories according to precise design dimensions and regulatory requirements, ensuring stable and reliable quality, high dimensional accuracy, and facilitating on-site installation and construction. This can effectively improve construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.
Hollow Prefabricated Columns
Hollow prefabricated columns have cavities inside. This design reduces the weight of the columns themselves while ensuring a certain load-bearing capacity. Compared with solid prefabricated columns, hollow prefabricated columns can save some concrete materials during manufacturing, reducing costs. At the same time, their lighter weight makes them more convenient for transportation and hoisting, reducing construction difficulty and safety risks. The shape and size of the cavities in hollow prefabricated columns are determined according to specific design requirements, with common shapes including circular and square. In some prefabricated slab houses with strict restrictions on structural self-weight or special requirements for building space, hollow prefabricated columns can leverage their unique advantages, meeting both structural load requirements and optimizing the overall performance of the building.
