Design Drawings for Prefabricated Shear Wall Houses
Currently, there are no directly available complete design drawings for prefabricated shear wall houses, but design references can be obtained through relevant project cases and atlas information. The following provides an explanation from three aspects: typical project structural systems, standardized component design, and software-assisted design.

The Beijing Urban Sub-center Housing Project (Block 0701) adopts an assembled monolithic reinforced concrete shear wall structural system. The core design logic involves using prefabricated components above the second floor, including prefabricated exterior walls (sandwich insulation longitudinal rib hollow wall panels) and prefabricated interior walls (longitudinal rib composite concrete shear walls). This system achieves structural integrity through the collaborative work of prefabricated components and cast-in-place parts, with a prefabrication rate exceeding 40%. During design, special attention should be paid to the thermal insulation performance of the prefabricated exterior walls (the thickness of the sandwich insulation layer must meet local energy efficiency standards) and the connection nodes of the longitudinal rib hollow wall panels (such as vertical steel bar sleeve grouting connections or grout-anchored lap connections) to ensure structural safety and thermal performance standards are met.
The Sichuan Provincial Standard Atlas 'Standard Prefabricated Shear Walls for Residential Buildings' provides a crucial basis for standardized design. The atlas specifies standardized component types (3 types), dimensions (5 types), and applicable scenarios (6 types), such as shear wall thickness designs for different floor heights and load requirements. It also standardizes horizontal steel bar extension methods (3 types), such as U-shaped bars and straight bars, which must be selected based on the connection method (sleeve grouting or restrained grout anchoring). The design requirements for embedded pipelines specify that they should be introduced from the top of the shear wall to avoid damaging the wall structure, and no installation handholes should be set to reduce construction errors. During design, pipeline routing and equipment installation positions should be planned in advance.
The Liaoning Jinsi Xintiandi (Relocation Building) Residential Community Project demonstrates the efficiency of software-assisted design. The project uses PKPM-PC software to achieve one-click statistics of assembly rates, one-click generation of detailed drawings, and one-click generation of prefabricated component lists, significantly improving design efficiency. During design, project parameters (such as the number of floors, seismic grade, and prefabrication rate targets) can be input into the software to automatically generate shear wall layout plans that comply with regulations, and output component processing drawings, installation drawings, and material lists, reducing manual calculation errors. It should be noted that software simulation results need to be verified in conjunction with on-site construction conditions, such as the impact of tower crane coverage on the hoisting of prefabricated components.
In actual design, it is recommended to prioritize referring to local standard atlases (such as the Sichuan Provincial Atlas) to ensure compliance, optimize structural systems and node designs by combining typical project cases, and utilize professional software to improve efficiency and accuracy.
