Prefabricated Production Line for Building Components

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The prefabricated production line for building components is a specialized system for the industrial production of concrete prefabricated components (PC components) used in construction. The products include composite floor slabs, beams, columns, wall panels, etc., and are mainly applied in the field of prefabricated buildings.

Production Process and Technical Characteristics

The production process starts with the assembly of high-precision molds. Through automated steel bar processing and laying, intelligent batching systems for mixing concrete, and uniform pouring by布料机 (concrete spreaders), the initial forms of prefabricated components are created. Subsequently, steam curing is used to accelerate the development of concrete strength, and the components are transported to the construction site after passing quality inspections. Some production lines adopt a modular production approach. For example, a house is divided into a bottom surface, a top surface, and four side surfaces, which are produced in parallel on six sub-production lines and then assembled into a complete box at the end, significantly improving efficiency.

The technical characteristics are concentrated in the following four aspects:

  1. Intelligence and Automation: By integrating robots, AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles), laser cutting equipment, etc., through a digital management platform, high-precision production is achieved. For example, welding robots maintain millimeter-level precision, and concealed work inspection robots can automatically compare 3D reconstruction data with design drawings, reducing human errors.
  2. Efficient Production: Domestic enterprises have achieved large-scale production through technological breakthroughs. For example, a certain intelligent production line has a daily production capacity of 50 modules, far exceeding the 5 modules of similar factories in North America, with an annual delivery capacity of 20,000 to 30,000 concrete prefabricated modules, meeting the demands of large-scale construction.
  3. Quality Control: Relying on a factory digital management platform that covers modules such as R&D design, quality supervision, and production planning, fine-grained management and control are realized. The appearance and dimensional accuracy of components can reach ±2mm, and the standard deviation of concrete strength is no more than 4.0MPa, ensuring structural safety and durability.
  4. Multi-Process Collaboration: Technical challenges include mold compatibility design, concrete crack resistance control, and multi-process optimization, which require solutions combining materials science and mechanical automation technologies. For example, by optimizing the concrete mix ratio and curing process, the risk of cracking is reduced; and by adopting modular design, the reusability of molds is improved.

Application Cases and Industry Status

Typical domestic applications include the prefabricated wall panels and composite floor slabs of Beijing Vanke Jinyu Tixiang, the stand panels of the National Stadium (Bird's Nest), and the prefabricated exterior wall panels of the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Sports and Swimming Pool, which have verified the technological maturity and adaptability. Enterprises such as China Construction Machinery and Northern Heavy Industries have conducted early R&D, promoting the localization and large-scale application of production lines. Currently, the technology is relatively mature and can meet the comprehensive demands of prefabricated buildings for efficiency, quality, and cost.
