Prefabricated Panel Slope Fixation

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The core aspects of fixing prefabricated panels on slopes include slope control, standardized installation processes, temporary support design, and subsequent monitoring and maintenance, as detailed below:

1. Slope Control Requirements

  • Standard Slope: According to the 'Technical Specification for Prefabricated Concrete Structures', the allowable vertical deviation for the installation of prefabricated wall panels is ≤0.1%. However, in actual construction, a temporary slope of 1%-3% should be reserved to compensate for deformations such as concrete shrinkage and foundation settlement. For high-rise buildings (≥50m), it is recommended that the upper limit of the slope be 2.5%; for soft soil foundations, an additional 0.5%-1% should be added.
  • Measurement Method: Use a total station or laser level for real-time monitoring. After the installation of each wall panel, the slope should be rechecked, and any deviation exceeding 5mm should be adjusted immediately.
  • Environmental Adaptability: When the temperature is below 5℃, the slope should be increased by 0.5% to account for material contraction; when the wind speed is ≥6, work should be suspended to prevent lateral loads from causing tilting.

2. Installation Process Control

  • Connection Node Specifications: The reserved diameter of bolt holes should be 2-4mm larger than the bolt diameter to facilitate fine adjustments; the grout strength must reach 40MPa before the diagonal braces can be removed.
  • Special Scenario Handling: For the fixation of inclined prefabricated panels at the eaves of flat roofs, a combination of embedded parts and expansion holes can be used to enhance the flexibility of installation position adjustment.

3. Temporary Support Design

  • Diagonal Brace Parameters: The spacing between diagonal braces should be ≤2m, with a recommended support angle of 45°-60°, and the bearing capacity should be ≥1.5 times the self-weight of the wall panel. The upper diagonal support point of the wall panel should be no less than two-thirds of the height from the bottom and should not be less than half of the height.
  • Removal Conditions: Temporary supports must only be removed after the completion of sleeve grouting and the post-pouring of concrete on the laminated panels, and only after inspection and confirmation that there are no issues.

4. Subsequent Monitoring and Maintenance

  • Settlement Monitoring: Monitor slope changes daily for 28 days after completion. If the cumulative settlement difference exceeds 10mm, a reinforcement plan should be initiated.
  • Joint Waterproofing: After the slope stabilizes, waterproofing treatment should be carried out, with priority given to polyurethane sealant (elongation ≥300%) to ensure joint sealing.

By strictly adhering to the above specifications, the structural safety and durability of prefabricated panel slope fixation can be effectively ensured, preventing issues such as deformation and cracking caused by slope deviations or insufficient support.
