Specifications of Prefabricated Panel Houses

Admin 18 de septiembre de 2026

The specifications of prefabricated panel houses mainly include length, width, thickness, and the grade of live load resistance, as detailed below:

In terms of length (span), common panels come in several specifications, including 3000mm, 3300mm, 3600mm, 3900mm, and 4200mm. Among these, the longest commonly used is 4200mm, which is also the maximum length for residential use. If a longer length is required, customization is necessary. Additionally, there are special panel lengths, including 3800mm and 4000mm, which can meet the needs of specific construction scenarios.

For width specifications, there are primarily three options: 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm. The most commonly used are the 500mm and 600mm widths. The 400mm-wide prefabricated panels feature a four-hole structure, while the 500mm-wide ones have a five-hole structure. The different hole designs significantly affect the load-bearing capacity and performance of the panels.

In terms of thickness, the common options are 120mm and 150mm. The 120mm thickness is the standard and can meet the basic needs of general construction. However, if water pipes and electrical wires need to be embedded within the panels, a minimum thickness of 150mm is recommended to ensure construction convenience and safety, providing sufficient space for pipeline layout.

The grade of live load resistance is also an important indicator of panel specifications. For general housing, Grade 1 and Grade 2 panels are used. Grade 1 panels can withstand a live load of 1kN/m² and are suitable for building areas with relatively low load requirements. Grade 2 panels can withstand a live load of 2kN/m² and can meet the needs of slightly heavier load scenarios. In the southwest region, the minimum requirement is Grade 4 panels, which can withstand a live load of 4kN/m². This special standard is formulated based on the region's climate, geological conditions, and building usage requirements to ensure the safety and stability of building structures.
