Prefabricated Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The construction of prefabricated mobile toilets primarily involves the installation of complete finished products or assembled structures, eliminating the need for complex civil engineering works. These toilets are characterized by easy installation, sturdy structure, and wide application scenarios.

1. Installation Convenience
Prefabricated mobile toilets adopt a modular design, with some products assembled through a 'building block' approach. For example, columns are fixed using clips or bolts, eliminating the need for digging septic tanks or conducting large-scale civil engineering works. Taking color-steel mobile toilets as an example, the size of a single squatting position is typically 1.1 meters by 1.1 meters, and can be customized according to needs. During installation, only a flat ground and a determined placement position are required for rapid deployment. This design significantly shortens the construction period, making it particularly suitable for temporary or emergency scenarios.

2. Structure and Materials
The main structure is mostly assembled using lightweight steel frames, with color-steel plates as the primary material. The surface is treated with anti-corrosion spray paint, enabling it to withstand humid and corrosive environments, with a normal service life of over 10 years. Some products adopt a double-slope movable house design, with a snow load capacity of up to 1500kg/m² and a wind resistance rating of up to Level 12, adapting to harsh weather conditions. Additionally, the modular design allows for the addition or removal of functional units according to needs, such as adding shower rooms or storage rooms, providing high flexibility.

3. Application Scenarios
Prefabricated mobile toilets are widely used in scenarios such as temporary toilets on construction sites, restrooms in scenic spots, and community assistance programs. For example, a single-person mobile toilet installed for empty-nesters in Shashi District's Park Community was deployed through steps such as leveling the ground, fixing the base, and connecting water and electricity, solving the toilet problems of special groups. In construction site scenarios, these toilets can be moved along with the progress of the project, avoiding repeated construction. In scenic spots or event venues, they can quickly supplement sanitation facilities, enhancing the user experience.

4. Functional Extensibility
Some high-end products support modular combinations, integrating functions such as restrooms, shower rooms, and bedrooms to form diverse facilities ranging from kiosks to multi-story buildings. For example, by stacking modules, a two-story comprehensive service station can be constructed to meet more complex needs. This extensibility allows them to not be limited to a single function but also adapt to long-term or semi-permanent usage scenarios.
